Terrible/ NON existant Customer service. Have Auto and Home Insurance with them. When you call for any questions or to respond to documents they send you (that require a response from you), you get a computer who answers the phone, then sent to another automated answering, then hung up on multiple times. They used to have a dedicated insurance rep who would handle your policy. No more, and no one calls back. When I finally got through to a line, it was an answering machine. Once for a Jack Long who never called back (it has been 13 days since I called). And twice for a Beth Schwartzo (sp?). Tried to call again today, got transfered to Beth again - machine says her answering machine is full and then transfers me to start the whole cycle all over again. NOT RECOMMENDED for Insurance purchases at all!!!!

A basic membership includes a tow up to three miles ($4/mile after that) away but be prepared to wait. Going on 2 hours with no update from the dispatch to a third party towing company. Called for an update and continue to wait 45 minutes with no answer or text confirmation. This is where we’re at in a gig based service economy flaunted as the bastion of American capitalism - a useless network of outdated travel agents with h unaffiliated roadside assistance. They would be better served to be purchased by Lyft or Uber, do NOT give these people more money for life support.

Forgot to tell us alot of important things and she scheduled our room for 6 hours after we got in from the ship.didn't let us know that the cruise line take no money for anything except for the casino everything goes on your sea pass In short another Cruise is being pland for next year no way will I book through AAA.
