“I love huntington. My whole family switched to them 5 yrs ago. We even have business accounts. Never an issue. There 24 hr grace is awesome. You can download there app and transfer money into accounts without your name being on account. It goes in instantly with no charge.”

“I made a mistake and couldn't get many Answers about the issue! But I got ahold of my branch and spoke with a wonderful banker named Rocky! He was knowledgeable and very kind, he said he was going to look into the issue and called right back with all the information about what was going on and was able to locate and confirm the missing funds!! He really helped alot and I am grateful!!”
“I always go make deposit at drive thru and ladies there are amazing! Always greats, kind and asks if anything else they can help with. One time I made deposit and I had more than I counted when made deposit. They made deposit for amount I had written on my envelope and I got called within 30min and teller told me I had overage and what I wanted them to do! I had asked to make the deposit on that but I’m amazed to see how quick they got to me and were honest about this transaction! So they do deserve 5 stars for all this.”

“UPDATE! They got a new ATM installed! Changed the rating.Great location and friendly staff. Only gripe is the ATM sometimes shuts off and resets while I am depositing cash. When this happens, you money does not get deposited to your account and you have to file a claim to get your money. This has happened several times. Don't risk it and go inside if you can.”
“This review is specifically focused on a new teller who was working at this location while waiting for a permanent assignment. Charu assisted my daughter with a difficult situation with her debit card. She was prompt, polite and professional and her assistance was a tremendous help. “Although I do not yet use a product from Third Federal, I've spoken to their loan officers at many intervals looking at certain products over the course of this year. It's weird to review banks in the first place, but Third Federal has amazing products and fantastic staff. Earlier today I spoke with Kathleen in the Medina branch and she has bent over backwards to help me with one of their products. My current mortgage was through a brokerage local to me, but if I was choosing, Third Federal has unbelievable rates on mortgages and related products. Mainly, I find that interacting with banks can be stressful and intimidating. Kathleen and Third Federal do not feel that way, they feel more like an old-fashioned local bank. I highly recommend their service and their competitive rates.”

“My mother banks with them through her teachers union, and she told me about a promotion they were having for refinancing autos and motorcycles. I called and spoke to Sheri and she walked me through the process. Unfortunately I did not qualify the first time (4 months ago), and she said she would keep my application till September so I could apply again. I honestly totally forgot about it and Sheri sent me an email asking me if I would like to try again. Of course I said yes and this time i did. Sheri walked me through the process and had an answer for me within 12hrs. She explained to me what I needed and that I could email or fax it over since my work schedule is hectic. I went today and signed the papers to refinance my motorcycle. She also informed me that I qualified for a higher cash back percentage. I was more than pleased. The whole process took about 30min to sign all the paperwork and get my account set up. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. She also offered to write the credit bureaus to help me get rid of some of the things that were showing on my report from years ago that i settled and hadnt come off yet. The rest of the staff there was awesome. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to open an account or refinance anything.”
