Westerville Cleaners is hands down the best dry cleaning service in town. Very friendly service, quick turn around, and excellent cleaning quality. They are far superior to other dry cleaning companies used previously.

I have been coming here for over 20 years and they continue to do a great job at a fair price. They have a convenient drive through and the staff are always friendly.I left an item here for a few years and forgot about it. They reminded me after the pandemic was over that my item was still there and I was able to pick up my shirt.Top notch business in the Westerville community!!

Super accommodating I was out of work late and would be able to stop by only at the time of close. I called ahead and Chloe was able to stay a little bit later to take in a few of my suits and shirts. I can't begin to describe how appreciative I am of her. I offered to give her money for gas or a meal for her kindness but she refused and said it was okay. I would love to be able to give her something to so she could get a meal or a little extra gas money in the future. Thanks so much Chloe and I hope to see you again in the future so I can give you a tip for your wonderful service!Service: Laundry wash & fold

As a first time customer of Westerville Cleaners, I am very satisfied eith the job that was done to my my 16 Shirts that I yook to the cleaners. I received them yhe next day with an exceptional job done......And the cost was also reasonable....Thank you Westerville Cleaners.

I used them to get a wool blanket dry cleaned, and they were amazing. I love having clean blankets and my grandma finally gave me her prized one but also gave me the story of it’s 25+ years since it’s last dry cleaning. So I couldn’t have lounged about with it comfortably with that story and I rushed it here. They returned it few shades brighter and whiter, some would say they restored it. Grandma still says there was nothing to restore. I will be returning here with the rest of my clothes to see what magic they do with husband laundry!

They are very good at going out of their way to help. I am handicapped and they even told us about the drive thru option and offered to take my clothing to the car for me. This place is a keeper

I dropped off a blouse and a green scarf at this location on October 17. The blouse was to be dry cleaned and the scarf was to be hemmed. I have been back to the store twice and called three times. They still don't have my green scarf hemmed and don't have it at the store anymore. When I called today, the manager yelled at me and said he doesn't have it anymore and doesn't know when he'll get it back. When I asked for a solution on how to get back my scarf (hemmed or un-hemmed) he said he can't help me. And then he hung up on. I called the store twice and each time he yelled and then hung up on. That green scarf was precious to me and I'd like to have it back. It's unfortunate that the management team cannot even respond professionally and instead yell on the phone. I would never recommend this business to anyone!Services: Alterations
