I have been going to these folks for at least 17 years. They’re up front, do quality work. I had a ‘97 Malibu when I first started going to them, that had over 210K miles on it. One time it was making a funny noise. They took a look at it, and told me “yeah, it’s an old car with a lot of miles - they’re gonna make weird noises sometimes.” They could’ve made up something and charged me for it. I recommend them to everyone in town for the same reason I keep going to them: they’re good.

Reasonable prices on parts and repairs, probably cheaper than any other shop nearby for most things. Honest, helpful, and open about what needs done and how much it costs.
Plus, after some recent work, I learned that some parts that went in were faulty. The team at Westerville Automotive got me in next day, inspected the parts, and replaced them free of charge. Thanks a lot!

As a first time customer, I was very impressed with Westerville Automotive. I called first to schedule an appointment because the work required was not a common repair. They said they had a specific tech in mind for the job. I delivered my car at 8am and the repair was done correctly the same day. Everyone that I spoke with at the shop was friendly and knowledgeable. I can definitely recommend Westerville Automotive.

Some time ago I had a differential pinion seal replaced on my front axle an the job was done great ,,leak stopped an done quickly,,no other isses,,the other day I took my main ride in for an engine oil pan an rear main seal replaced cause I had a pretty good leak ,,the tech that did the work did a great job ,you cant tell the work was done at all except for seeing the new gasket,,bottom of engine is all clean an nothing is broken all clips are back in place, an fasteners are not broken an where they belong ,,as I said looks as if nothing has been disturbed ,,GREAT WORK GUYS,,they work on vehs as their own ,,AND ABSOLUTELY NO LEAKS ,,NOT EVEN A DRIP of oil or any leaks at all,

My friend heard about this company on radio and decided to go get her car worked on I thought they were reasonable so I asked if they could fix the noise in my car which is a scion xb they said yes wow they charge me twice to fix the same problem cause when I got the car back the noise was still there the first time 500 and something for motor mount the second time 450 I might not have the price on point but it was about 1000 all together and they are using after market parts I really feel sorry for the people that are getting ripped off by them I feel they owed me money I should not have been made to pay again
