I ordered photos looked up Walgreen’s photos and ordered. I realized I needed to cancel them and the website said I had two hours from ordering for free cancellation. I emailed the company and also called the Walgreens location myself. I was on hold for 20 minutes and was told to leave a message. I got an email that my order was printed still. When I called the woman that answered was short and impatient with me. I explained that I called both systems and she kept rudely telling me that it was a third party system with sarcastic laughter. When I said I wasn’t that worried I just wanted my refund she just started rudely saying “it wasn’t us” “third party” and then eventually said “okay! it’s cancelled!” in the rudest tone I have ever heard from anyone at a store. She said it multiple times emphatically and when I said okay thank you she said nothing else but waited on the phone. I just had to hang up. I am sure they have a lot going on, and I am very understanding about how hard service jobs are, but I was so upset. I will not be using them again. I ended up ordering the correct prints at CVS for half the cost, half the hassle, and half the time.

The lady I was asking for information about a prescription for my daughter thag they had on file was being short and not answering my question. She was horribly rude and yelled “for the fourth time!” when my wife called in for clarification because they were vague and short with me in person. Horribly unprofessional and rude for such standard questions about a prescription.

It’s a nightmare every month trying to get my prescriptions filled here. Easily wait 15-30 minutes on hold to talk to someone every time I need to call (which has been every month since I moved here). They don’t follow up anytime an alert happens with the prescription, and even if it says no action needed, nothing happens unless I call about it. I’m switching my pharmacies, I’m over it.

They never pick up their phone. Last time I was in I saw on their performance board that they were rated lowest in the district. Not surprised. It's a shame, the manager seems attentive but it seems they are grossly understaffed.

**If you have required prescriptions DO NOT VISIT this location- you will only waste your time and end up needing to go elsewhere!!**Horribly incompetent pharmacy staff; refused to fill prescription due to their misunderstanding of current Ohio law and complete lack of effort to validate their uneducated interpretation of data.

My go to pharmacy. I am forced through my plan to go to CVS… Which I've always had problems getting my prescriptions filled correctly. Literally a nightmare going through CVS. Not at this Walgreens! !! They know how to fill prescriptions well. The store is always well stocked with anything I need.

Worthless pharmacy. Cancelled and delayed prescriptions are the norm. Trying to call the pharmacy is useless. This morning I spent over an hour and a half combined on hold, and was hung up on 3 times.

First experience I was on hold for over 1 hr and literally drove to store while on hold. Spoke with pharmacist and told her I was still on hold. My second experience had 2 perscriptions sent by Dr. Went to pickup, they said not filled come back in 1 hour. I came back still not filled. Got text for husbands script saying ready for pickup. Went to get, still not filled? I really feel for these staff, but sadly will be going elsewhere. Cannot continue taking 4-5 hours getting perscriptions filled and worse yet, they dont answer phone so you literally have to go there. Text are worthless as even then not filled.
