The lady I was asking for information about a prescription for my daughter thag they had on file was being short and not answering my question. She was horribly rude and yelled “for the fourth time!” when my wife called in for clarification because they were vague and short with me in person. Horribly unprofessional and rude for such standard questions about a prescription.

It seems that I need to find a new pharmacy every year or two due to changes in my Medicare Part D plans. Due to plan chnages, I've had the opportunity to really get to know at least 3 or 4 major pharmacy chains.For the past two years, my plan's preferred pharmacy has been Walgreen's so I've gotten to know them quite well. In terms of accuracy - I think all of the pharmacies do well. In terms of service, Walgreen's (along with one of the others) has mastered the art of communicating when prescriptions are ready to be filled and for notiifying me when they're ready for pick-up. They communicate what I need to know in a timely and effective manner. I opted for communications to be text messages and it works great. One of the other national chains used text, email and phone - incessnantly - despite repeated request for no phone calls.Walgreen's service has been excellent.

It’s a nightmare every month trying to get my prescriptions filled here. Easily wait 15-30 minutes on hold to talk to someone every time I need to call (which has been every month since I moved here). They don’t follow up anytime an alert happens with the prescription, and even if it says no action needed, nothing happens unless I call about it. I’m switching my pharmacies, I’m over it.

**If you have required prescriptions DO NOT VISIT this location- you will only waste your time and end up needing to go elsewhere!!**Horribly incompetent pharmacy staff; refused to fill prescription due to their misunderstanding of current Ohio law and complete lack of effort to validate their uneducated interpretation of data.

They never pick up their phone. Last time I was in I saw on their performance board that they were rated lowest in the district. Not surprised. It's a shame, the manager seems attentive but it seems they are grossly understaffed.

I'm usually not on this side of town but scheduled some vaccines at this location. It sounded like they're extremely short handed right now. The lady in front of me was complaining to the pharmacist about how many calls she'd made to check on a prescription that was to be filled three days prior without getting any resolution. In the end she left without her prescription - she left a card on file and the pharmacy said it would be delivered by DoorDash in 2 hours. I prefilled all my paperwork prior to my appointment which made the check-in process fast. It took about 30 minutes after my appointment to be seen. The pharmacist was still pleasant, gave me individual attention and was relatively painless. Other people in line behind me were a mixture of vaccine appointments and prescription refills. The pharmacy staff were working hard to get through the line plus answer phone calls.

My go to pharmacy. I am forced through my plan to go to CVS… Which I've always had problems getting my prescriptions filled correctly. Literally a nightmare going through CVS. Not at this Walgreens! !! They know how to fill prescriptions well. The store is always well stocked with anything I need.

Worthless pharmacy. Cancelled and delayed prescriptions are the norm. Trying to call the pharmacy is useless. This morning I spent over an hour and a half combined on hold, and was hung up on 3 times.

First experience I was on hold for over 1 hr and literally drove to store while on hold. Spoke with pharmacist and told her I was still on hold. My second experience had 2 perscriptions sent by Dr. Went to pickup, they said not filled come back in 1 hour. I came back still not filled. Got text for husbands script saying ready for pickup. Went to get, still not filled? I really feel for these staff, but sadly will be going elsewhere. Cannot continue taking 4-5 hours getting perscriptions filled and worse yet, they dont answer phone so you literally have to go there. Text are worthless as even then not filled.

Do not have your dr send scripts here. No disrespect to staff they are doing the best they can but it’s a disaster. I called three times today because app told me I needed to call pharmacy. All 3 times same thing on hold for 20-30 minutes they it/they just hang up on you. This happens at least half the times i have needed to call by the way. Understaffed and overwhelmed. And greeting now says they are about to take Medicaid. Oh boy that should be fun. Recommend you go elsewhere and honestly I wished I had read a review like this before I chose this place.
