I had an online order. I showed up at 4 to a sign saying “Be Back at 5.” An older man arrived, also needing help. We both waited and waited for someone to come back. As I couldn’t transfer my online order, I patiently waited until 5:45. No one ever showed and the store remained closed. I called Verizon and had them cancel my order. Know this store will not be reliable with pickups.

Trinity immediately helped me re-focused within a minutes. I was completely frustrated w/ my phone . In less than 3 minutes, Trinity had my phone working again & I was no longer in tears. Thank you Trinity !

This location is NOT a Verizon corporate store so there are lots of things they CANT do. So don't waste your time, just goto a corporate store instead.

The staff at this location are terrific. They went over and above to help resolve my issue and spent hours doing it. They never became frustrated, they kept smiling and dialing. The instore staff had to deal with incompetent phone customer service staff - 10 different people in all. I don't know how the instore staff can do their jobs when dealing with such incompetence. 10 stars to all of them!

How can you guys operate a business when you are closing 1.5 hours earlier than advertised. I went in Sunday around 3:47Pm all doors were locked and lights turned off. No sign even mentioned a early close it probably would have taken 10 seconds to at least print off a sign alerting poetential customers

Went to the store 4:35pm hours claim they close at 6pm no one in the store or if they are they’re hiding in the back refusing to anwser. At the very least put up a sign informing people this is ridiculous

Jazmyn and Christian go above and beyond to help my family and I. We had a terrible experience at T-Mobile and switched and they were 100% hands on and made the process less stressful. They are the the reason we switched and we love their service! If you ever have trouble I would 100% recommend them. They definitely feel like a team and make you feel cared about. They deserve raises for how difficult T-Mobile had been with them helping us! Couldn’t of had a better experience anywhere else!!!!! Also, they were very honest about charges and what to expect and we were NOT blindsided at all. They were 100% honest with everything they told us.
