Excellent service. Representative was knowledgeable and informative. Did not pressure us to purchase more, but took our needs into consideration and met these needs. Rep was kind and courteous. He established rapport and made us feel comfortable.

I waited for over an hour and, though Taylor was nice, my issues weren’t fully addressed. I left and had to figure the rest out on my own. Super disappointing and frustrating.

I had an online order. I showed up at 4 to a sign saying “Be Back at 5.” An older man arrived, also needing help. We both waited and waited for someone to come back. As I couldn’t transfer my online order, I patiently waited until 5:45. No one ever showed and the store remained closed. I called Verizon and had them cancel my order. Know this store will not be reliable with pickups.

Trinity immediately helped me re-focused within a minutes. I was completely frustrated w/ my phone . In less than 3 minutes, Trinity had my phone working again & I was no longer in tears. Thank you Trinity !

This location is NOT a Verizon corporate store so there are lots of things they CANT do. So don't waste your time, just goto a corporate store instead.
