Here at Hoover Gardens we had the pleasure to be helped by DQ Bowman, who is one of the best young leaders I've seen thus far, and he was able to change out all of our phones and helped with our Wi-Fi. He deserves 5 stars all around! Thank you again DQ!

Elyssa was incredibly efficient and very knowledgeable! She was able to smoothly navigate the business plan we are on and add what we needed without any issues. We previously had spent over an hour on the phone with no progress or solution. So glad we went into this store location - it was a fast, easy experience done in about 20 minutes!

Elyssa was the key to make our sons watch work. We attempted to do it via calling Verizon but they had no idea what they were doing. Elyssa knew all the steps to take to create a stand alone watch. She also knew how to work with business plans that we use. We highly recommend working with her and will go back for any other help needed.

I just received some of the most excellent customer service ever from Taylor and Graham at this Verizon location. I’ve been working on an issue with my bill for the last 3 or 4 months. I’ve been going around in circles for so long, it’s been very frustrating. I had a very unique situation. Graham gave me his cell phone number and has touched base with me on multiple occasions, since this required so many different attempts to fix. Finally today I went in to the store to have a new issue fixed that was caused by the prior issues. Taylor spent almost an hour with me calling the back office and making sure the issue got fixed and reflected in the system before I left. I’m so incredibly happy. 4 months of issues finally fixed. Thank you Graham and Taylor for taking the time to make this right. Verizon is lucky to have you.

I had the best experience at this Verizon location because of a young man named Caleb! He is awesome! I was so stressed out trying to get my phone replaced on a budget. He informed me of a Motorola promotion. He helped me get all my pictures and contacts transferred over bcuz I could not remember which exact password I used to set up my phone originally. He was patient, knowledgeable about his job, and so helpful. Caleb is a huge asset to Verizon and any place he works at. It is rare to see this kind of work ethic anymore. Thank you Mr. Caleb!

Nico & Rachel helped me set up auto pay on my account today and they were very friendly and helpful. My auto pay is now set up and I do not have to come to the store anymore. I was also able to save $5 monthly by doing that! Thank you.

The whole store reeked of marijuana and both dudes eyes were completely glazed. They kept walking to the back and then back out to the front...where we sat for almost 40 minutes. I think they were both so stoned. They didn't even realize we were sitting there.Finally, the afro-American asked if he could help. All I was asking him to do was help me retrieve some photos. He replied. No, I don't know how and walked away. Didn't even attempt to troubleshoot.First class customer service. I'm sure Verizon corporate would love to see their employees stoned out of their mind, not even attempting to help customers.

I would recommend this store. Employee Taylor was great to work with! Some of the things I would like to acknowledge was his communication, him going above and beyond to ensure I knew all the details of any fees, promotions, billing questions, types of phones offered, services provided when being a Verizon customer. He is very patient, not pushy! He explained all the details and then let me take some time to think it over before I made the decision of switching from a different provider to Verizon. I was able to make an informed decision,without the pressure! Definitely recommend this store and employee Taylor.
