Service is a joke. Sent an email stating package delievered, I get to the mailbox and theres no package. I got it 3 days later after having to go to the local station 5 times over 3 days. Oh, and when you call and the line is busy. The phone is off the hook according to Ebony, one of the employees. Smh

Fairly convenient mailbox, on the sidewalk in front of the Dollar Tree. It's not really feasible to use as a drive-up box, given its location and the traffic at this strip mall. As of this review, the daily collection time is 9:00 am, Mon-Sat, so if you're hoping to have something postmarked the same day you drop it off, you may want to try the box in front of Fortis College, just around the corner.
