When I have dropped packages off here, the package is not “in possession of USPS” for FOUR DAYS. I dropped off a package on a Monday and it wasn’t scanned in until 4 days later. You’re telling me a 10x10 box that weighs 4lbs was not scanned in by postal workers until 4 days after it was received??

This place is an absolute joke! I have never been more astonishingly disrespected in my entire life. They forgot to scan in an 1,100 dollar order that is on the verge of being refunded while USPS is in possession of the items I dropped off.I was being cashed out by Ernie (a clerk) while I had my credit card in hand waiting for him to finish paying for my drop off, he decided to help two other customers while scanning in part of my order and apologized to them for any inconvenience my being there with a large order had caused them, even though they were hovering MY MERCHENDISE and rubbing shoulders with me after I had waited in line patiently for MY TURN. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Hopefully this gets resolved before we quickly find our way to small claims court.Disgraceful.

Worst post office in US. Don’t read address on mail. Puts packages on any doorstep. Never can access by phone. When you go in, you are given a phone number that no one ever answers. Why are we paying for this? Get rid of this and privatize to a company that cares about good service!

I don’t normally post negative reviews because I know everyone has bad days but I was humiliated today. I had my baby with me and brought in a return. I smiled and said hello but the woman at the counter didn’t say a word or crack a smile back. I tried to be polite and said “thank you ma’am.” She then scoffed at me turned to her co-worker and said “she think I’m old.” They were still talking about me as I left. Is it that bad that people are so easily offended when others are trying to be polite? I hope she finds peace from whatever is so triggering for her.

I went on a Sunday to drop off mail at 2:45 pm today and I noticed my 3 envelopes were not going down so I tried pushing them as far as they would go and it felt full. Now correct me if I am wrong isn't the box to be emptied a few times a day? Federal offense for mishandling mail and the workers themselves can't even perform their job to make sure our mail is safe.

Staff is extremely rude. Got a message that my package was dropped off at that location that morning. Went that evening to pick it up and the person at the counter could not find my package. I showed him the message i got and read it verbatim and he told me that's not what it means and that i didn't understand how things work. When i started getting agitated he just asked for the next person in line.Edit: went back today to pick up my package. When i got up to the counter the same employee was working. he looked at the employee that was helping me and said "this is the guy from yesterday. He was extremely rude for no reason". He says this in front of other customers. I explained what happened to the employee that was helping me but he did not seem to care. The level of unprofessional behavior was mind boggling. Again not once did that first employee ( His name is Erinie) apologies for any confusion or try to explain what happened. He simply told me i didnt understand and went about trying to help others in line.

It's the post office but it's not your father or mother's post office. Service continues to deteriorate; prices continue to go up (latest price increase was just last week) and there's no improvement in site. So many mailbox keys have been stolen that you absolutely must go inside if you want any assurance of security when mailing a check.

Great service , clean officeI asked for an envelope and got it for 0.80$ ; filled my address and then gave it back to ship the mail/letter to required locationI understood there were missing package enquirers by multiple customers in front of me ; Hope USPS improve that overall!Associate very gentle and explaining to customer that USPS is short staffed and couldn’t control the shortcoming for those at her side..

Depending on the location determines the quality of customer service and the wait time. It also depends on the day and the time of day you go. Beware rude people are everywhere.

I have been trying ALL WEEK to get ahold of someone at this location and they will not answer the phone. Doesn't matter what time of day. No answer. I had a package said it was delivered on a Sunday which they don't do as far as I've ever heard. Says it was handed to a person. Was not handed to anyone in my household so they obvs didn't verify who they gave it to. Or it was never delivered and it's lost. I cannot get ahold of a single human being at this location or at the 800# to tell me what happened to my 80$ package.
