This place is a joke I had a package that was addressed to my house in Westerville and they forwarded my mail to an address in Columbus even though we have never set up any kind of mail forwarding then couldn't tell me what address they sent it to. I was supposed to receive a call back from the manager and got no call. The customer service they provide is terrible. I should be able to find out where they sent my package since they forwarded it somewhere else without my instructions.

Had an issue with several deliveries either being delivered to the wrong address or address issues on the package.. talked to a supervisor and he was helpful but could not resolve my issue.. clerks there were respectful and curtious

I am really disappointed in this office. It took me a month after move in date to get my mailbox finalized with this office. By that time the mail box was full and I returned all the old mails back. But I was gone for less than a week and they closed my mailbox without warning and returned all my mails!! Am going to get into a lot of issues because of mails that I cannot respond to :(

Can't believe I'm rating a post office 5 stars, but I was in and out for a passport photo and renewal in under 10 minutes for a walk in appointment and the agent was incredibly helpful in helping make sure the application was completed correctly.

The worst post office to ever get involved with. I haven’t received mail in 6 weeks and they continue to send it to a box that I don’t have access to anymore even after two change of addresses and coming into the post office multiple times to change it the clerk was rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. She refused to hold my mail at the post office even after informing her that I don’t have access to the old mailing address and told me to call if I wanted to speak to her supervisor, I’ve called several times and haven’t been able to get a hold of ANYONE. Still getting informed delivery that my mail is being sent to the old address to this day.

I drop off packages nearly every other day. This is one of the few locations that actually scans the package in.

Got in right on time for my appointment, had a horrible experience at the new Albany location yesterday, but today was amazing! Jaya helped with all my questions for my passport and got me in and out, thank you Jaya!

Worst place to go for passport services. I took my 3 month old baby for passport service as they said they accept walk-ins over the phone call. But the lady at the counter was not helpful and she showed racist attitude towards me and my baby.

When I have dropped packages off here, the package is not “in possession of USPS” for FOUR DAYS. I dropped off a package on a Monday and it wasn’t scanned in until 4 days later. You’re telling me a 10x10 box that weighs 4lbs was not scanned in by postal workers until 4 days after it was received??
