I went in today to return a package. It was my first time going in to this location. I didn’t had tape my package which I did told the worker. She responded “we don’t tape packages you’re responsible to tape them, next time you come make sure you have it tape” I said “I will for sure”. She then proceeded to say that I have done this multiple times which mind you this was my first time at this location. In my opinion I feel like she was being racism. I’m definitely not going back to this location.

I just witnessed something so upsetting at this post office. A Spanish-speaking family was trying to renew their passports and it was clear that the parents did not speak English but a few of the children did. A white, male employee proceeded to yell a question over and over at the parents and began counting in Spanish sarcastically to try and get them to answer the question. It was humiliating and the racism was unbelievable. The employee then yelled at the children to stay by their parents so they could translate for them. I was so appalled by the behavior of this employee- completely unacceptable!

i brought four of my minor children for passport application, very nice ladies work here. They helped me through all the process without issues and am really thankful. I highly recommend this post office.

I came to this location because it had better reviews than the surrounding post offices. I ended up waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes on Saturday to be double charged for shipping my package because their machine had froze up on me and needed reset. They were busy and only 1 guy working behind the counter who seemed like he wanted absolutely nothing to do with helping me. I was told to come back on Monday to speak to a supervisor about a refund. I come back on Monday and am told there is no supervisor at this location, and that I need to go to a different location now for someone to "possibly" help me.

I visited the Westerville post office on 260 State street, Westerville. Ohio and sincerely my family and I have had the best service experience ever. Dean and Cindy we so welcoming and genuine and were able to assist us with our daughter’s passport renewal. Namely we had an appointment scheduled at another location, but when we entered that other location we were told that the passport person called in sick, so we drove to the closest location and even though we haven’t had an appointment once they heard that this is our fourth attempt to handle this renewal, Dean took our application, kept our kids and us engaged and was able to submit our application In under 5-7 minutes. Thank you Dean for representing USPS in their best light possible! Because of employees like Dean we will always use the local Westerville branch where we feel welcome and appreciated! Thank you!

I had to run an errand in the area and was delighted to see this P.O. right next door. The lady at the counter was (fake) nice at first. When I had to try a couple of different cards to pay for my transaction, she suddenly turned mean and nasty, loud talking me in front of the 15 people waiting in the line behind me. I was so embarrassed! I snatched my receipt and ran (when the transaction finally went thru) out the door. As I was running away, she yelled at me to have a nice day. What a fake lady! Then I thought about it. Who wants to work at the Post Office alone on a Saturday with a constant line of at least 15 people for 4 hours straight?! What a sucky job. Considering that, she actually did a pretty good job! Two stars for the fact that my experience could have been worse!

It's ok. There is a man that knows everything and he will help you. Just know that he knows he knows everything but he will help you. It's usually never crowded so it should be fast and quick

I usually go to the Main Post Office on McCorkle but was in the Uptown area and decided to try this location on S. State Street. This is the OLD main post office (before McCorkle was built). It's a relatively small post office but had two windows open for service and a very short line. Both postal clerks were extremely friendly and in good holiday spirits. Service was quick and efficient. Based on two recent visits, it appears to me that this location is NOT as busy as the McCorkle location and service is quicker.
