I would say it is the worst USPS office, but it is just the worst business in general. The guy who works there (ROB) is generally rude. Very impatient, answers questions in a rude matter and is unhappy to be there. Asked him to tell me his name for the survey and pointed at his shirt and said “THERE!”.

Super fast service!! There is usually no line and you get in and out within a few minutes. I almost always take my packages here to be shipped. The only time I will go to the State St. location is if he is closed for lunch.

This post office gets such a bad rap in the reviews. It's a tiny location and has just one, super dedicated worker. I ship my merchandise from here multiple times a week as haven't ever had an issue. I apologized one day because my printed paper label has spread the barcode apart and the nice man Rob had to type all the tracking numbers in manually. He said don't worry about it, its not a big deal. And by the way, have he's allowed to take lunch - and the hours that he does are posted on Google and the front window. It's so much faster than the bigger one further down State Street. Just plan accordingly and it's always fine!

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I would gladly drive 30 minutes away not to deal with that again. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible service the times said they take lunch at 1-2 but I came at 2 waited 30 mins And the store was still closed after 30 mins just horrible at least change your hours

The worst post office I ever been to. This lady name Katy was so rude and not helpful at all, she seems to hate her job the way she was acting. No wonder the rating of this place is 2 stars. Katy, Learn to be pleasant with customers, it's because of them that you have a job.

I've been to this location a few times and each time there was only one person working. However, I would still consider them to be efficient since others as well as myself don't have to wait in line too long. At least this has been my experience each time, it may be different for others.

When it’s open, it’s great. Functions just as a post office should. The only problem is the unpredictable hours. I’m here at 9:50 on a Wednesday morning, along with 4 other cars, staring at the “closed-be back at 9:30am” sign. I believe there is only 1 employee so that may be the issue. It’s very frustrating.
