This location was very quick and friendly. The man who helped me today was very polite, kind, and respectful and used great care and tact to address a situation I’m sure doesn’t come up every day. I am so appreciative of the service I received here.

I’ll start by stating that I’ve been a customer for US Bank for 20+ years and have always had a great experience with the bank in general. However, I visited this branch a few weeks ago to add my fiancé to my bank account (he currently banks with PNC). When I called to inquire about this I was simply told that we just need to come in and do Thai in person (nothing was mentioned about an appointment). When we got there, there were 3 tellers and no other customers in the bank. They were just chatting with each other when we arrived. The one teller Sam S. asked what brings us in. After explaining I wanted to add my partner to my account and that he would be a new customer (which apparently takes time to add him to the system) he immediately start to get attitude and almost huffing and puffing - distinctly making “ugh” noises and clicking his computer mouse aggressively. I’ll remind you there were 3 tellers working and no customers in the branch. It was very apparent he did not want to help us and asked if we had an appointment, which we did not. He told us that he had another appointment coming in soon but said “I guess I can try to do it quickly”. Again. I’m not sure why another teller wasn’t able to assist. This was my partners first experience at US Bank and to say I was embarrassed was an understatement . I have never felt more unwelcomed in a customer service environment as I did that day with Sam. After he continuing huffing and puffing (literally making “ugh” noise) I got to a point that I was so upset that I told him it was very apparent that we were inconveniencing him and we left. We ended up going to the Meijer US Bank branch not far and we walked in and we’re greeted with kindness and in 30 minutes we had everything we needed. I’ll add that because of our experience with this branch and particularly with the teller Sam, my fiancé and I pulled our pre—approval mortgage loan with US Bank. I’m not sure if we caught Sam on a bad day, but he has absolutely no business working I customer service and treating any customer that way, let alone someone who has been with US Bank for 20+ years and my partner who was willing to give them business, coming from PNC.

Always fast service, clean and friendly. Easily seen from the road, plenty of parking.

sitting in the drive thru the parking lot full of cars and was sitting there for more then 45 minutes with 8 cars behind i’m very frustrated deserves no stars at this point

Rude and lazy. Almost everyone that had rose she told them they needed to deposit their check online and wouldn't deposit for them. Lazy and rude she should not be with the public.

Poor customer service and very bad account options. Fees for everything and very few ATMs in the area. Many better banks close by!

I have been a customer for years and have never had any errors with the mortgage, checking or savings accounts. The staff has always been helpful and friendly.

Have to deposit checks often for work and it's a 30 minute endeavor every time. Even when I'm the only one in line. Never been to a bank that moved so slowly. If I had a choice I'd go to another bank.
