If you have a package with a pre-paid label to drop off, this location will NOT let you leave them on the counter -- rather they make you wait in line like everyone else. And for what purpose? Who knows. I don't need a receipt, I don't want a receipt, nor would I to wait in line for 10 minutes in order to get one. This policy only causes a problem if you go there when there's a line, but HEY, MAYBE THAT'S WHY THERE'S ALWAYS A LINE HERE. Plenty of other locations nearby, so this one will never see me again. Congrats on a great customer experience!!

I had one of the best customer service experiences ever today in that store! I don’t know what has changed in the last couple of months, but the management is better than it’s ever been before. I had the pleasure of speaking with Colleen today and she just makes you feel like you’re at home and nothing is just a transaction. I will never goto another UPS Store! Thank you Colleen, and associates!!!!

This UPS store is the worst in the franchise. The line is always out the door with one person working with customers while the other two sit in the back and talk about their marital problems. They are usually very talkative to customers which slows the process down to a turtles pace. This is the slowest store… it always takes forever. I started going to the one near Polaris instead because this one is horrible….. also it is dirty inside. Yuck. ?

Yesterday I went to the Westerville UPS Store to send an item back to the business I bought it from. I was very impressed with how well this store treated its customers. The employees were all knowledgeable and friendly. I observed that the questions customers had were fully and clearly answered. The employees partnered with customers to find appropriate shipping solutions. The store was clean, well-organized, and efficient. It is obviously well run by management. I wish that all businesses were operated in this manner; it reminds me of a past era in which the customer always came first! I will continue to give them my business and will recommend them to others.
