What great customer service. I needed four bags of ice and was going to make two trips. The cashier asked a young man xander if he could help me to the car. He was on his break and could easily have taken on a disgruntled attitude. Not to mention that it is 7degrees outside and he did not have his coat handy. Thank you both for your kind words. He did it with a smile on his face and wished me a great day. Xander, if this is how you treat all customers, UDF and anyone in your future is lucky to have!!

This one star review is for the staff member who refused to make a milkshake because she “just cleaned the machine and there are chemicals on it” More accurately…when I walked in she said, “we are closing soon.” 8:30p on a Saturday!? Hmmm!

Ice cream is amazing but the employees could be a little more professional. I was in there a few days ago and the one employee was talking on her cell phone while behind the counter. Wouldn't get her nose out of her phone to make eye contact with customers. Just not good customer service

Terrible customer service. The door was locked when I arrived at around 11:30pm. The employee was on the phone (personal call) when ringing my items up. She asked if I wanted a bag, I said yes and she just continued with her phone call on speaker. She forgot to get my bag that quick but made herself some ice cream and just kept carrying on her speaker call.

This review is specifically for the girl that answered the phone when I called to ask if what was floating around in my coffee was normal for them to have in it (weird chunks of what looked like pieces of disintegrated bread) and she was rude af saying that if I couldn't bring it in there was nothing she could do *with an attitude*, after I had already gotten it home. Ridiculous that someone should have to drive their weird, undrinkable coffee with mystery floaties back to their location to be given any sort of consolation, and she couldn't even be bothered to give an APOLOGY. Maybe she should be trained better and be taught some freaking communication skills?

Young kid with glasses behind register I'm sure is special needs, which is fine. But they need to give him better help, he wouldn't let me pay with cash bc he didn't know how. And the women working with him didn't care. So i walked out and went somewhere else.

Terrible customer service. A man and a women constantly harassed me. They always have an attitude and tried to publicly humiliate me when my card declined. I don't know what's going on in this store but something needs to be fixed about those two employees. I had my kid in there and they kept yelling at him to stop touching the glass on the ice cream case. Terrible. Will never come here again.
