Poor quality AFXRD14 actually made my car stop worse then with 4 wheel drums and the rotors and calipers are very rusty after 4 months setting in a climate controlled garage. Technical help is non existent.

The Wrong stuff Detailing!!!! I bought the rear brake conversion kit for my truck kit# TRD4745 than supost right fitment to my truck, whem after installation i noticed the brake rotos is smaller.... and dont touch the pads 100%.... ( this isn't mentioned on installation instruction) called technical support and then tell me is a normal the pads going over the rotors, in my 30years in this business (mechanic) never see something like that. In the future, when have a half life the brakes is going to be jam. And who knows is gonna happen..... stay away folks.

Great customer service and sales support. I purchased a complete kit front/rear and new brake lines for my 1962 Impala. installation was relatively simple but having a mechanical bone in your body helps tremendously. Had some hiccups along the way like a bad bleeder on the rear caliper and master cylinder but because of Dustin in customer service and his assistance in testing the system it was resolved quickly. I had my new parts within a few days and the results were satisfying. The car stops perfectly and feels awesome. Best advice I can give anyone is read the instructions carefully and don't be afraid to ask questions. I recommend you ask in advance for Isolation instructions, e-brake instructions and proper master cylinder bleeding technique. Very satisfied with this company!

Got send a faulty master cylinder that took 6 weeks to get then asked junior at customer service if I can replace it with a parts store one as he said it modeled after a late model Corvette 1 inch bore. Bought one doesn't fit called him back told me the theirs are a special cast made for them so no master cylinder will work but theirs people just buy factory GM parts no right stuff garbage

So this is my fifth restoration using The Right Stuff Detailing brake and fuel lines and it will be my last. I received my order earlier in the process of the restoration. I did not open the box because I have been working with them for 10 years and never had a problem. I am ready to install the lines and opened the box to find one of the lines on the invoice is missing, a $75.00 fuel line. I called the "customer service" line and they told me there wasn't anything they could do because it was over 90 days, but they could sell me another one. I also found that the brake line going to the master cylinder had the wrong size nut on it and was told that's how they make it. I was amazed at the unwillingness to want to help their customer who has literally spent thousands with them.

True Customer service these days is rare, these guys are RARE! I went to them with a custom bend of stainless steel lines for an old Chevy S-10 Blazer and they had the job done in about 3 days. When I returned to them for one fitting that did not match up, the were GREAT, then created a new braided stainless line for me on the spot at no charge to me. Thank you for a great job, i cant wait until my next project so I can work with them again.

Installed a Rear Disc brake on My 67 Cougar w/ 8" Rear. Looks good and installed correctly,. Having a HARD time in bleeding the brakes. Red the tech article on their web sit, watch the video the is Strongly recommended. Followed the instructions they provided. Call Tech Support when I was having issue / no pedal pressure. A Rude Technion answer my inquiry and was demeaning and in not some many words, told me what ever was wrong was my fault. Not to mention it was a one sided conversation. He lectured, I couldn't get a word in. I'm taking these back to Summit and buying Wilwood. They treat their customers with respect.

I ordered brake lines and a new fuel line for my classic. The brake line I got didn't fit, but all it took was a quick phone call to get a replacement that fits perfectly.

Silver Linings with Right Stuff Detailing…I can say with absolute certainty the employees at The Right Stuff take great pride in the work they do and they highly value their customer service base. They work closely with each other and their customers. I can’t say enough about these very valuable people. These kind of people are rare these days.The workers there worked with me to see through to a finished tube product- starting from a technical drawing I had submitted, to a mailed sample to CAD model with XYZ’s. Super.. Rick & a member of the service staff took time all-the-way-through, working to lay out (to me) specifics of their equipment, quality & safety standards; and everything that was needed to make what was noted as impossible, to possible. Together, we did just that - (made it possible).Thanks to these people, I learned valuable knowledge and skill and I’m left with a feeling like I made friends with these guys. I will not hesitate to send others their way and seek their help in future. I can proceed worry-free with a sentimental car build. And when the build comes alive, I will definitely be visiting OH to shake their hands.Dustin, AnnMarie and Junior too were also helpful.

I had a problem with the passenger side bracket that was not manufactured properly. The drivers side went on like a breeze. I contacted The Right Stuff and spoke with Mr Bowers. He requested pictures to detail the situation and a copy of my invoice from Summit.After he received my information he overnighted the new bracket and it went on in a jiffy.I also ordered the power brake booster and new brake lines and they went on in about 4 hours.Good folks to deal with

I called the right stuff and ordered on phone. since I wasn't sure of which part I called their customer service and ask them what part I should order. the technician advise me on what you one I needed. he sent me the wrong one it won't fit this is a salesmans mistake because I told him i do not know what pert I need only that I need a dual master cylinder to replace a single. I was going to order the correct part and they were going to send a return label but called me back to say his supervisor said that it wasnt their fault, and i will have to pay the 20.00 to return the item. will no longer do business with this company because they do not stand by their customers when their employees make mistakes. You don't screw over customers that way I will be writing on Facebook about this as well and anybody I know that has old cars to avoid the right stuff will will do not shop the right stuff because they are the wrong stuff!
