I like the two entrances of this target and its nice that both entrances have self scan stations near the exit. Thats convenient. I primarily shop here for seasonal items and bedding. The quilts and sheets that they currently carry are have a higher quality than I expected to find for the price point. I usually use self scan but today had two great experiences with the customer service rep and then later with the order pick up guy, who offered to ring my items since the self scan was super backed up ... very helpful!

I come here all the time! Very clean, and staff is super helpful and friendly, I was looking for something and I went to the Polaris location and it said it was in stock and I asked if they had any in the back and they said "probably not" without checking. So I came to the new albany location, I didn't see any so I walked up to a very helpful employee named "Dalton" he helped me find exactly what I was looking for and was very polite!

You may as well delete the recording of you needing workers (particularly on weekends and evenings). That is my exact availability and yet I cannot be hired on. I have endlessly been proactive by calling your HR department, trying to speak with the hiring manager and can NEVER get through to them. This is the most unprofessional hiring experience I have ever encountered. Dont keep peoples hopes up and then not keep in contact with them and finally send them an email saying they arent right for the position. In all honesty, whoever is handling this is not right for the position if they cant communicate right and get back to potential employees. Targets rep is already declining rapidly so this may be a blessing by me not being hired on. This only says how you all treat your own employees.

I went in with my mother to look for womens boots. Omg dont get shoes here if you trying to get a cart through. Shoe section absolutely a wreck. Looked like a car drove though the whole store. Everything in the store looks nice. But the shoe section looks like a giant dumpster.

Clean. Tidy. Friendly staff. Clearly marked prices that so far, have always been correct. The lines can sometimes get long but they do a masterful job of calling for help when it backs up. My only complaint is lack of self checkouts. A location like this could use many (many) more self check outs on both ends of the building. Some less busier stores in the city have more than this one which makes little sense to me.

I usually like coming here. I usually use self checkout.However, I did go through the associate lane checkout today...Storytime:When I go to the register another guest was checking out. The cashier (white male) told her to have a good day. He looked at me, said nothing and began checking my stuff out. An older (white woman/long blonde hair, short glasses) interrupts him before he hits the pay button from his computer for me to checkout.I stood there for 3-5 minutes while they had a conversation about the hand held device she had (he gave her no actual instruction). She walks away from him and he hits the pay button. I try paying w/the mobile wallet app but the ability to pay timed out on my phone. I logged back in to discover I was still unable to pay. The cashier just stood and looked at me. No assistance, no words, at all!1-2 minutes go by...Another cashier (white woman, shoulder length curly hair) comes up and says she is taking his place. He says nothing to me and walks away. She stands in his place and greets the customer BEHIND ME (another white woman). I am now on my 2-3 form of payment because nothing I do is allowing me to pay. I finally ask the cashier to assist in resetting the ability to pay on her end, so I can pay. "Oh, sorry, sometimes it locks and you can't pay, don't know why it does that" was the only thing I heard from the three associates I encountered.I did let the store manager/manager know about this encounter. Unacceptable.

I tried to call multiple different departments for an answer on a product before coming in and could not get ahold of them. Doesn't matter what time of the day, week, month this place always falls short of getting something taken care of both over the phone and in-person. Whoever is running the ship likely needs to be replaced. Go to easton target for your needs if you live in this area.

This location anytime else if fine but Sundays at 8 we came in to shop, at 9 on the dot we were pressured to leave and being followed until we went up front and they continued to tell us they were closing. On the website it says they are open until 10 on Sundays and they also didn’t announce they were closed on the speakers. I informed the workers that the website says close and they should probably update it because it could lead to frustration and she proceeded to say “I’ve worked her for a year and we’ve always closed at 9 and they’re the only location to do it”. There was a lot of negativity and lack of empathy. I’m sure the workers deal with this every Sunday but if they were to update the store hours on the website there wouldn’t be any confusion. Like I said usually a good location but the lack of communication and smart remarks from the employees made the environment of the store frustrating. UPDATE THE STORE HOURS

I wanted to share this. I’m kindly disappointed toward one of employee looks so young blonde hair woman. I walked in with my son; ready for shopping. Getting a shopping cart and the employee was staring at me- think I was suspect for a shoplift. I was shopping to get some groceries and beauty stuff I needed. I feel like the employee think I’m a suspect or racism since I’m Asian. My son and I were ready for checkout- I scanned and the employees are looking at me, then two security went behind me. I was lost and even I paid the items; I do not look like shoplift suspect! Thanks for younger employees have been accused me for this.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received today at the Columbus New Albany location on 6030 N. Hamilton Rd. Unfortunately, I had an encounter at the service desk with a hostess that was nothing short of disgusting and left me utterly appalled.Today, I visited your store with the intention of returning an item I had purchased just two days ago. As a customer, I believe in treating all service personnel with respect and courtesy, and I entered your establishment with this in mind. Regrettably, my experience was marred by the behavior of one of your associates, who I can only describe as the rudest individual I have ever encountered in a customer service setting.Upon arriving at the service desk, I approached the associate with my receipt in hand and politely informed her that I had a few items to return. In response to my calm and respectful greeting, this associate curtly retorted with a dismissive "Yeah, you can wait," all while rolling her eyes in an unprofessional manner. To make matters worse, she had her name badge hidden, which made it impossible for me to identify her properly.However, for your reference, I can describe her appearance. The associate in question was a short African American female, with brown and black knotless braids, and she was wearing an all-white hoodie. While I attempted to bring this issue to the attention of another associate, I was met with a lack of cooperation, as she claimed not to know the name of the aforementioned associate.I understand that no organization is immune to occasional lapses in customer service, but the behavior I experienced today was far from acceptable. As a customer, I believe that I deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of the circumstances. This incident has left a lasting negative impression on me, and I am deeply disappointed in the quality of service I encountered at your store.I sincerely hope that this message reaches the appropriate personnel, as I wanted to ensure that my terrible experience did not go unnoticed. As a result of this encounter, I am left with no choice but to express my intention to avoid returning to the Columbus New Albany location in the future. I hope that my feedback can contribute to improving the service standards at your establishment, ensuring that other customers do not have to endure such a regrettable experience.

1. Used to LOVE this Target. Love the manager. Love the… everything. Lately though the employees are just unpleasant and unfriendly, To the point that you’re not even having fun anymore— Yeah, Target is a place for fun! It’s where some of us go for joy. But this location has had a shift in the employees or something. Just spoils the entire experience when you have employees sighing when you ask for help. Stomping over to registers. Talking smack loudly about each other. It’s awkward in there! Get it together Target. We love you.

This store is a very nice, the store is very clean and bright. The asthetic throught the store is very nice. Im not sure if it was because we went on a Sunday morning but the shelves were not as stocked as I would have hoped. Staff was helpful when needing to look for an item and at the self check out.

I had an incredible experience today at Target all due to an associate named Dalton. He was so helpful and kind. He really brought a pleasant experience last minute shopping for Easter. Although he was busy when I asked for help he didn't hesitate to stop what he was doing to help my sister and I complete our Easter baskets. I will always only come to this Target just to see Dalton! Your amazing!

Super disappointed in my most recent experience here.So I purchased a set of AirPods from here just outside the return date. They won’t connect and being that it’s an apple product I thought if I went in with my receipt, they would exchange them no problem. The lady at the counter had to get her manager who comes up with a stocking cap on, earrings in both ears, about as unprofessional as it could get and proceeds to tell me that there is no way for him to exchange it outside the exchange date. Well, I know that to be a lie. If he wanted to he could of done it. I responded with how I could of came in without the receipt, and since we’re in this store everyday, there’s a good chance in good faith you guys would of been kind enough and just did the exchange. This young punk was beside himself, lip shaking and all. So, I let him have this one and walked out, but I will go back and be kind as can be, and I guarantee the next person will gladly do the exchange.To me I think it’s crazy in a customer service world where you can just send the product back to the manufacturer and make a customer happy, why you wouldn’t just do it. I know in my industry, I’m always taking care of the customer. That’s probably why we have such a high review rating compared to this stores lousy 3.9.
