Terrible customer service , waiting to get taken care off and workers having casual conversations with customers whiles they are done serving them. You wait and people walk in and they skip you to take care of them.

Truly cannot not saying anything bad about this place. Where do I start I usually hate going into phone places. I came into this store and instantly was greeted by John and Kayla. They both were extremely friendly and funny. John ended up helping me out with getting me a new phone. He was very interested in helping me get what I want. Also very personal. I will be driving 20 minutes to this T-Mobile for anything phone related I need. I couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing service from John!

The white lady I can’t remember her name. Every Tuesday continuously for like 8 times told me they are out of T-Mobile Tuesday stuff. One time I saw her giving the Tuesday stuff to another guy just after I left, I was in parking and she did not know.

My husband and I were with two different carriers and needed to upgrade our iPhones. During our initial search for information, T-Mobile employees Jamie and Chris were very helpful and honest about plans, phones/phone deals, and pricing. Although my current carrier offered a better phone deal for us, we found a more economical plan with T-Mobile that best suited our needs; and ultimately, would save us more $$. Chris answered many detailed questions throughout the whole process of ordering, activation, and setup. He listened patiently for understanding and provided info in our best interests. We never felt any high pressure sales tactics. We appreciate the level of customer service from this store - Thanks Jamie and Chris!! -Sharon

The reps at this store are horrible and very unprofessional. They refused to honor a warranty exchange for Samsung SM-A037 on Saturday 02/19/2022 which was still covered under the manufacturer's warranty. I purchased the phone at the T-Mobile store 6 months ago and it came with a one-year warranty until 6/02/2023. Initially, the phone was functioning properly until recently when I started experiencing backlight and software malfunction issues. I contacted online customer care for a warranty exchange and they shipped the phone to this particular store. The store refused to honor the warranty exchange when I went to pick up the phone and instead asked me to pay full price or call back customer care and asked to ship the phone to my house. I contact customer care again and explained to them what had transpired. They asked me to go back to the store again and ask them to hand over the phone to me. The store refused to listen to me and persisted in asking me to pay full price. Obviously, the store employees don't understand what is warranty exchange and the procedures entail for warranty exchange This is very disgraceful and disappointing. The store only cares about upselling new devices to new customers and disregards on solving existing customers' problems. I will never visit this store again for any service. What a disgrace!

This staff is amazing. Went in to start my service and and wanted a Samsung but had a big down for it but John and Kayla showed me the Google pixel and I had a very low down for that. They got me everything I needed. I only come here for my questions. John Jamie and Kayla are amazing and very helpful. And I love my new phone.

This place is more interested in selling you a new phone by making you think your old phone is broken rather than fixing a fairly simple issue that was resolved in a matter of minutes over T-Mobile's chat service. Very unimpressed with the lack of customer service. I wouldn't bother visiting this store for any issues unless you want a new phone.
