I would give zero stars if I could. I came in wanting a balayage. I Showed the hairstylist pictures of the idea of the color I wanted. what I got was highlights. I said multiple times that I did not want a harsh line. I was very clear with what my expectations were, with pictures and everything, and asked if they could do it - to which they said yes. I completely understand my hair is not going to look just like the “pinterest†hair but I don't even feel like mine came close. I did not get what I paid for. Not even close. When I made the appointment I also asked for some who really knew how to do balayage and I was told they would do a wonderful job. Sad I wasted 3 hours of my day for something I didn't want.

One of the best salons in northern Columbus... Everyone is really nice. Great at color and WAY cheaper than the fancy, overpriced salons. Everyone is extremely friendly. Flexible hours! I would highly recommend Becky to anyone!
