took twenty minutes for a mobile order, my cheese danish was cold, they barely gave me any cold foam, my matcha was straight water and put way too much milk in the coffee

I have never had a bad experience here.I knew when they started building this place, it was going to be constantly crazy. Because of this, I choose to go inside and I'm always warmly greeted - the staff is so sociable, gives great recommendations, and helped me to find some hard-to-find merch, too!This has grown to be one of my favorite locations when I go out.

Very disappointed in this location. Getting orders wrong seems commonplace here. I very clearly asked for a Caffe Vanilla Frappuccino. I was handed a latte. I asked them to remake it since that wasn't what I ordered. I was then handed a Vanilla Frappuccino. Because it was for someone else, I didn't recognize it was incorrect until I handed it to them. I was told the only way to fix it would be to return for an exchange or refund. In 2024, there was no option for a refund over the phone. This Starbucks is not near my home, so it'd be a waste of gas, money, and time to go back. They'll still get business being a Starbucks, but they should care more about their customers when they are the ones in the wrong.

Very disappointed at this visit. It was chaotic and slow. One of the baristas in an orange shirt was just unbelievably loud, for no reason. By the time we got our coffee, they had run out of the lids for the size we had, so she asked if was ok…? Really?! Hot coffee, while driving with no lid…hmmm. When we said that’s not going to work, she said the only option was to split the coffee into two smaller cups so that we could have a lid. And that’s just what we did. Wonder how that situation worked with the drive thru customers…?

Welcomed upon walking in, employees seemed happy to be there and had a number of customers they knew come in. Friendly, clean store.

If I could give more than five stars, I would! Living in a few different cities within the past few years, you definitely can decipher which Starbucks you can get through in a few minutes or you know it’s best to just mobile order from. This Starbucks is always amazing. I know I can make it quickly through the drive-through even if I’m running late some days. Everyone is super nice, but I especially wanted to shout out woman with glasses that is in the window in the early morning. She always remembers my name, she sees me on my best and worst days and is always so sweet. I’m sure I see her on her best and worst days as well, but you would never even know… she is amazing and I get excited to see her every morning! I live about 30 seconds away, but even if I lived 15 minutes+ , I would still come to this Starbucks every single morning!! Thank you guys❤️

What an incredible experience I had at the store! The staff was incredibly helpful. I forgot an item and they did make sure I was 100% accommodated for it and making me NOT feel bad for forgetting my item and asking about it.Great experience wonderful staff and would recommended

Wild to walk into a fairly empty store, busy drive thru & workers but absolutely no hello or acknowledgement for at least 3 minutes. And also see at least 3/7 workers standing around talking, doing nothing. If you don't want to work while at work, please go home.

This is consistently the slowest Starbucks in the greater Columbus area, slower than even Lane Ave. I constantly give 20+ min of time on my mobile order only to wait an extra 10-15 minutes. It’s wild honestly. I don’t know why I think “maybe this time will be different” go to the one in New Albany village or something, it might be 5-10 min further away but it will be faster and more consistent.
