Me and my brothers were waiting to use the bathroom. The guy kicked us out and said that we can’t be in the store unless we buy something. That’s very bad customer service.

It’s a giant non working toilet with foreign non English speaking rude entitled cell phone obsessed employees. They need to wipe the whole thing and start new. Or just collapse in a sink hole employees included and let Sheetz expand a bit. And don’t bother sending me a useless link for a pointless surveys, as if responding to my comment will justify the utter disgrace of a business this is. (Explained; if you look at others comments they are all responded the same way with a useless link to nothing, it’s a bot response to look like they care.)

The staff here barely understand english.after asking 4 times for maverick menthol 100s I gave up.
Also the pizza and roller grill was super old.i don't know who took over this place in the last year but this is a speedway I will skip from now on.sheets across the street have people that speak english.

Very messy place. Trash recepticals are blocked. Floors are always dirty. Employees have no clue where stuff is. The employees talk to each other so much they don't hear you asking anything at all. They overcharge drinks because they put the wrong cups out to begin with. Whole place is nasty. Not to mention the bathrooms are in really bad shape. Handles are broken. No locks. Dirty just dirty place

Just had a really bad interaction with the staff here first thing this morning over them actually doing their job, instead of someone helping me figure out how to look up cases of water that are outside for purchase I had to go outside and get one bring it back into the site to scan it then carry it back outside. While I understand employees are hard to come by now a days, I refuse to check myself out at a place that's overcharging for simple nessesities such as water, I won't make that mistake again,only because these employees were on a shift break or switchover was what i was told get a better attitude ladies customer service skills are lacking to day the least. **** UPDATE the owner asked for more information about what happened on the day in question and still has yet to make contact even after me sending a detailed survey at the link provided. I think it was just a way to make the public think they actually care about customers (on the reviews) when they just simply want your money.

This is not the first time I have experienced this exact same issue with the store and its workers. They will lie to your face and think you are too stupid to know. They absolutely refuse everytime I try to add cash to my cash app account telling me im past my limit on the amount I can add, which by the way is $15000 per week and there's absolutely no possible way im anywhere near past when I have tried different times to do so. So Im leaving this review hoping the management will take corrective action because this has been a major inconvenience to me making me drive clear across town for no other reason than im being lied to by lazy workers whom don't want to help customers at this location costing me frustration, gas and time. If your workers don't want to work fire them and get someone who will! I also reported this store to the Cash App customer support over this issue Im sure they will love to know that their clients are being refused help at this location when its listed as a location to add your money.

Store has the neatest cooler I've ever seen. Staff is friendly it's a nice place to grab a quick snack.

worst speedway location ever. seriously. the place is always a mess, the fountain drinks are either out of syrup or the wrong syrups, they either seem to have a crazy abundance of staff or none at all... just avoid it if you can. the Sheetz opening next door will definitely put this place down for good and it won't be missed.

Been coming in for years and I used to love it. Now I come in and some cashier has his radio so loud and laughing to himself that he can't even hear me. I'm not coming back until this establishment returns to a better atmosphere.

Nice local neighborhood gas station for your needs, the employees are decent just your typical convenient gas station nothing more nothing less but it's nice.

Been coming to this speedway my entire life, well since i can remember and have never been disappointed! Their coffee is better than ANY coffee I've ever had, and their grilled items are always fresh, everything is always clean and stocked. They never run out of gas, and customer service is amazing! Great job Westerville and 270 speedway!!
