Historically, this Speedway has been great. Recently, there has been a severe decline in cleanliness. My shoes nearly stuck to the floor today and came off (I have dress shoes that are slip on). Clearly, they have difficulty staffing this location. Still love their coffee here, but hope one day this location receives a facelift.

i love these guys i remember once i was high and i wanted one of those taquito things and the guy said i could have them all bc he was about to throw them away. i love you guys sm you are the best xoxoxoxo.

Bad service, pumps not working: they send you in to the cashier, cashier sends you out to the pump. Nobody cares. And prices are high.

Dude this store is DIRTY!! Trash is covering the parking lot. The floor looks like it hasnt mopped in weeks. I only come here bc its close to my work. The food isnt bad either but the store definitely needs some TLC. Plus the employees park in the spaces thats directly in front of the store. Kinda rude n annoying.

PRICES ARE HIGHER THAN ADVERTISED! I attempted to buy something inside the convenience store but when I got to the register I noticed there was a $3 price difference between what was marked on the shelf and what I was being charged (before taxes). When I pointed this out to the worker he initially shrugged and attempted to complete the sale. After walking with him to check the price on the shelf, he confirmed that I was being charged more at the register but stated that I would need to pay the higher price if I wanted the item. He was unapologetic and cold, so I imagine this is a scam they regularly run on customers at the register. This has been reported to the FTC but until something can be done, be sure to check your receipts!

Average experience. Easy to get in and out. The man working wasn't extra friendly, nor was he rude- I just did my thing.They weren't busy during the evening hours and I felt safe.They seemed to have standard fare. The store is a lot dated and needs updated and cleaned from top to bottom. It doesn't seem to fit with the Westerville area because of the level of grime.

I purchased a 22oz red cup that allowed me to refill my coffee for .99........not anymore and I feel like I got ripped off. The clerk flatly stated that now it is $1.19. When I asked why did it jump 20 cents he robotically said "taxes". You gotta be kidding since Franklin Co sales taxi is 7.5%.

Literally one of the worst experiences in a gas station ever. The cashier is rude and cruel and I really wish I had never had to encounter him. I’ll pray for all the people who will encounter his mean soul in the future. But no one deserves the energy he gives off to customers. Some of your customers are grieving or struggling and speedway is a stop in their journey that changes their day and I know the cashier I experienced today changed my day for the worst and not the better. I still love speedway but will never stop at this one again.
