Best best best childcare / preschool program ! My son started at another kinder care and it was a horrible experience. So I was very skeptical and traumatize with kinder care and the first tour Ms.katana and Ms.Stephanie made me feelSo comfortable and reinsured ! Then my son teacher Ms. Kris is AMAZING! He always wants to go to his classroom never is hesitant about going to class they work so well with him. It makes me so happy to know while I’m working my son is learning and being loved on as if he is with family. This is the best center they work so well together from the front of the center to the teacher and kids. Also very interactive with parents! The app gives you a step by step of your child’s day ! Great environment I recommend to anybody who is thinking about a childcare in Westerville.

My daughter has been attending for a month now and In such a short time she is learning so much more and has made friends! She don’t alway love the morning ,but by end of the day she all happy !! Also big shout out to miss Chris my daughter love her so much!! (Daughter is a toddler class)

I have had my kids here for about 4.5 years now. There has definitely been ups and downs with management shifting around and staffing post Covid but things have been very very good the last few months. And I think they will continue to get better. You can tell the teachers and staff genuinely care about the children and my kids have received a great education so far, learning new things every day. I look forward to having my kids continue their care at this center.

I absolutely LOVE this Place.I can actually say it's like a Second home, Always greeted soon as I enter the building.Katana and Stephanie are Who they say they areand by that I mean their actions speaks volumes of the love care and compassion they pour into these children lives daily..After having such a rough experience at a different daycare .I can truly say they have restored my faith in the childcare settings again.And Can't forget Ms.Kris My Grandson loves Her so much..it's truly .a wonderful place

I am so thrilled with the new management of directors at South Cleveland Ave KinderCare. Katana and Stephanie are exceptional. Their leadership is valued, and I believe there are great things in store. There is so much love and happiness and the staff are passionate, nurturing, patient, and amazing leaders/educators as they care for our children. For anyone looking for childcare, I highly recommend South Cleveland Ave KinderCare.

My daughter attended for two years and only attended the toddler rooms. From 7/2021 to 7/2023. The first center director that was there, was the BEST. Her name was Crystal. Stephanie then stepped in as acting director and then she left. Colleen, the current director that took over is very unprofessional, rude and not friendly. Almost every time my mother, husband, or I picked our daughter up, she was either screaming at a child or just yelling in general. Also, sometimes during pick ups there would be young girls (I’m assuming some of the teachers daughters?) in the room twerking ?After my daughter aged out of the toddler room, she was moved constantly between two different rooms. My husband and I were not notified of a couple room and teacher changes until the morning of drop off. The only reason I am giving 1 star is because my daughter only liked one of her teachers Ms. Bobbie and also because I have to give a star. Other than that I would give NO STARS! In the two years of our daughter attending, there was so much instability and inconsistencies with teachers and directors. There was also a lot of days were the center or classrooms were closed due to lack of teachers or teacher being sick. There would also be volunteers in rooms that we weren’t notified of before. It also smelled dirty and unclean. Before we left, the other Cleveland St. location closed and the teachers and children merged to this location.My daughter came home a couple times with unexplained bumps and bruises. When brought up to the director/teacher, excuses were made that the teacher either forgot to give an accident report or the teacher wasn’t there at pick up to give us the notice. My daughter came home everyday unhappy and over stimulated. The app that is offered is hardly ever updated with meals, naps, or potty times. Safety wasn’t entirely an issue although the door code was only changed once in the two years our daughter attended there also aren’t any safety cameras anywhere. Also, the tuition was raised every time we re-enrolled. I would just stay away. Although I can’t speak to the infant or school aged kids care.

My children have been going here since November and when I tell you the teachers in the school age room are the best. I am so thankful for them.

Doesn’t require teachers to be vaccinated!! Teacher tested positive and put all these children at risk!

We love our KinderCare!Crystal & Stephanie are proactive communicators and always very responsive. I truly feel that they know and care about our family. They prioritize health & safety of all kids and teachers in the center.Ms Stacie in the Pre-K class is absolutely amazing! Our son went from kicking & screaming about school to waking up every day excited to go. She provides individualized support for students and frequent feedback to parents.We’ve had such a consistently good experience with our son that I felt completely comfortable sending my infant when I went back to work; and that peace of mind is an amazing feeling.

I absolutely love bringing my daughter here and she loves it even more! She has done so well in pre-k and looks forward to going to school every day. The staff is very friendly and pleasant at drop off and pick up and it’s a fun happy environment! We especially love her teacher Miss Stacie!

My foster boys have been attending this day care for a year now. I enrolled them the week that they were placed in my care and I can’t express how grateful I am to have such a wonderful group of teachers to look after them. The care, the compassion and attentiveness of the staff is just beyond my expectations..The boys have learned so much. They take extra precautions during this time with Covid to ensure the health and safety of the kids and staff. This center is really great!

Love Kindercare alot, daughter is always happy to go to school because Miss Stacy gives her a hug and says nice words to her. Never seen her this happy as compared to her previous school kiddie Academy. Very friendly stuff and always available to answer ur questions. Would highly recommend kindercare westerville.

My kids have been going here since last summer of 2019 and they love it here!! My oldest has been going here a little after she turned 1 years old and my youngest has been going here since she was 6 weeks and they treat us like family!!! Crystal and the rest of the staff are amazing!!! I’m just happy that my kids love their teachers!!!

I took my kids to this center up to the point they started grade school, the teachers were always warm and inviting, always filling me in on how wonderful my kids done every day.. They learned so much and were ahead of the game entering into grade school.. The management at this center always greeted me with a smile and a pleasant “hello” always keeping me up to date on anything new going on.. I would recommend this Cleveland Ave. Kindercare to anyone wanting there kids to be well taken care of and educated..

I will give this center zero if I could. The two directors who took over the center lately are a joke, very rude, unprofessional. They don’t even acknowledge you and your child/children when you walk in, not even good morning, bye. The director who was there before them was wonderful, absolutely wonderful, until he was no longer there, and boom this two rude unprofessional woman took over, don’t know why they are the directors with such a stinking attitude.If you are thinking of bringing your child/children here, avoid it, take them somewhere else where they will appreciate your service. We pay for the childcare is not free, yet they treat you and your child like you are nothing. Very unprofessional.The center will have been great if it was for them, don’t know why they are there, was never Announce that the other guy was leaving and this rude unprofessional woman will be taking over, would have moved my child.My son teacher is the best, we have been in this KinderCare for 2 and half years, all the teachers my son has had are absolutely wonderful. We are still there because of the teachers.
