Great hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff, nice bar and restaurant area. We never heard any outside noise in our room from the hall or another room.
Walkability: I do wish we had more bars or restaurants to walk to big not a big deal really

We attended a private party at the Renaissance in Westerville. The hotel is just beautiful! Their rooms are inviting and upscale, the food was first rate, and the services provided by the hotel were wonderful! Such a wonderful time was had by all!
We're making reservations for family to stay at the Renaissance over the holidays. Everyone is really looking forward to it!

We travel a lot and I don’t often leave reviews for hotels but felt compelled here: we were staying here for a wedding. I cannot rave enough about the service in the bar/restaurant. I can’t recall the last time service was so exceptional that kit only myself and my family but everyone was taking about how nice. Quick and awesome the bartenders were handling a large group before and after the reception. They took on the challenge with exceptional service and all while smiling. All of them. We ordered one round of drinks at 4:15 pm, went back after the reception at the 11:15 and walked up and the bartender remembered our order same was the case for the breakfast team. Also, may be one of the best beds in recent memory at a hotel. Kudos on all fronts!

All around an excellent hotel. From the reception checking in and amenities to the quality and comfort of the rooms. The location is beautiful, with a lot of outdoor seating and places to walk.
The rooms are clean and well designed. The decor is modern and functional. The gym has great equipment with a wide variety of equipment to get in an effective workout. The hotel restaurant is great - food is fresh and delicious (highly recommend the happy hour).
Gave the room 4 stars:
- Quite Noisy. You can hear everything around you (hallway, upstairs, neighbors)
- Showerhead Leaking. Cannot utilize the primary showerhead due to water spraying up and onto the ceiling.
The recommendation I have for improvement is for Bonvoy members with lounge access, provide a paper or card in the room or upon check in with amenity hours (breakfast, drinks, etc).
Rooms: Rooms are modern and clean.
Safety: Feel very safe in the local area.
Walkability: Lots of walking trails nearby.
Food & drinks: Foid/drink in the hotel are great.

Hotel rooms are very nice. Nicely laid out, large and comfortable. Staff are very friendly. Skip the restaurant, except for the coffee which was exceptional. Our food orders were messed up and the food was undercooked and poorly prepared to the point of being unpleasant.

Stylish, elegant accomodations in northern Columbus. Excellent service, good food, stellar cocktails.
Update: Another fabulous stay at the Renaissance Westerville . What makes this establishment extraordinary is the manner in the staff goes above the minimum to make your stay pleasant.

Rock star hotel!
Check in was easy and quick. The room was clean and very nice. Recommend being an elite member, access to snacks and breakfast in their members room was fantastic. Had to Uber to downtown Columbus but all worth it.

This is a brand new hotel with great access to a large gym, indoor swimming pool for families, and a paid breakfast/brunch menu. The bar area near the lobby is popular on weekends, but this is a quiet hotel. I’d recommend.
Rooms: Brand new. The layout of the double queens is nice with the walk in shower and large bathroom for two people to get ready at the same time.
Food & drinks: The breakfast at the hotel was made with fresh ingredients, except for the fries. I’d give the breakfast 4 stars.

I stayed here for the first time for a work trip after my usual hotel was booked, and after my experience, I'll never stay anywhere else when I'm in town. The hotel was very clean, modern, and quiet. Emma at the front desk provided excellent service, as did Olivia and Sydney at the bar. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel is very close to plenty of shopping and restaurants as well as 71 and 270.
Rooms: Large, clean, and modern. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom and a nice desk to work from
Food & drinks: The bar/restaurant is great quality, definitely a step above typical hotel restaurants

6/5 stars. let me tell you why:
Everything about this hotel and my stay was perfect, and then some.
Check-in: very welcoming, friendly, quick and uncomplicated.
Rooms: spacious, uniquly styled. Homey yet very modern. Clean and comfortable. Amazing beds. Massive TV. Great bathroom. Shower controls on the oposide wall from the shower head. (I don't understand why not all hotels do it this way.)
Breakfast: I only had 10 minutes, and they managed to get me in and out with some oatmilk late, a fresh fruit salad and a smile.
Internet: Never seen hotel internet this fast. 390Mbps down, 470 Mbps up. Over Wifi. Mind blown. (I recently had to pay $8/day at a Hilton for the 10 Mbps "high-speed" upgrade...)
Late check out? no problem at all. For no charge.
EV charging: absolutely. Even better: dedicated Tesla and (old) "standard" chargers. all in perfect working order. blocked off by traffic cones so that other guests don't "accidentally" park there. and free. (parking is free as well)
I stay in a lot of different hotels at very different price points. This was, by far, the best stay I had in a very long time.
Rooms: Modern, spacious, comfortable, stylish. GREAT bathroom.
Noteworthy details: Free parking, free EV charging.

I am surprised Google has this as a 3 star hotel, because the amenities and staff would lead you to believe it’s 5 star or at least 4 star. The location is great, if you have a car or walk. The last time I stayed at this Marriott brand a valet stole $55 from my car in Allentown, Pa, this location made up for that experience. Kudos and restored my faith in Marriott.
