I live 1/2 mile from a PNC Bank but travel three miles to get to the one on Schrock and Otterbein. They are very efficient and super friendly. Janice made my day today from her welcoming me as I walked up to her to her filling out my deposit slip for me. A super group of people!

The tellers and agents are so nice and welcoming. I just had a traumatizing experience at the Hamilton branch so this was breath of fresh air. Thanks Cooper!!

I don't recommend this bank, I'm switching banks ASAP. I don't like how they steal your money and freeze your account any time they want to without warning. I've had no access to my money for almost an entire week.

Terrible service. Very unhelpful. I appreciate security, but they are suspicious of EVERYONE and make you jump through silly hoops for withdrawals. ATM constantly in need of service so you HAVE to deal with the absurdity inside.Worth a drive to go to another branch

POC we always look suspicious.. or we must be doing something wrong are DL is never enough, we have to give are SS# for someone else to cash their checks.

Came through the drive thru, to get a certified check. The young lady that helped me noticed my balance and asked me a few questions. She told me that a different account may be better for me and would be free!Saves money if I need a cashiers check!Well done thank you!

I drive about 8 miles to use this bank because they get it done and they get it done right. The other PNC banks are good, but this is the best. The branch manager, assistant managers and tellers are all great and friendly.

Worst bank in the world... they stilling money from you acount... you keep feeding your account , but is always negative.Yuo must deposit cash before 5:00, if you deposit after , they say is end business day, so you can see you deposit next business day .Acount balance never is match, they have some unique policy... and always change.The young people working there not have really experience and explanations , they read , they not answer all you ask !I m not recommended this bank generally !Nothing good about!

The branch manager here is fantastic. Anytime I have an issue, he takes care of it immediately. I'd recommend small businesses to open their accounts here.
