Came in on a Wednesday where their hours are 10-8. Arrived at 10:00AM at open waited 30 minutes and they still didn’t open. I had to leave and the item I wanted sold because they didn’t open at their posted time! I am absolutely shocked this is how they run a business.

I recently visited Play It Again Sports in Westerville and had a positive experience. The staff was helpful, and I found exactly what I needed – two kettlebells. The store offers a good selection of fitness equipment, making it a convenient spot for workout enthusiasts.

Went in for baseball stuff, which I have no clue about but the guys working there were incredible and so helpful! If I could give them a million stars I would! Highly recommend!!

I visited a store in Westerville to purchase ski equipment for my daughter, including ski boots and skis. Unfortunately, both pairs of ski boots turned out to be a bit too small, a detail we were unaware of at the time. The store didn't have sticks or helmets that fit her at the moment, so we acquired those items from a different store.Upon realizing the sizing issue, I attempted to return the ski boots while keeping the skis and helmet. However, the store insisted on offering only store credit, despite initially stating a 7-day return policy without specifying this limitation.Expressing my concern and highlighting the discrepancy between an honest customer and a business relying on fine print, I visited another store in Dublin (all these stores are individually owned). They not only educated my daughter about the purchase but also demonstrated care, professionalism, and integrity by cleaning and adjusting her skis and providing new boots. This positive experience contrasts with the previous one, emphasizing the importance of transparent and customer-centric practices.The Westerville store lacks integrity. Although they may have had fine print, when I asked that day, they told me I could return within 7 days without mentioning the store credit limitation.

Beware. While you may find some deals. This location will mark UP certain products that you can buy cheaper via retail price with the manufacturer.Noticed a hitting net marked up to $100. Retails at $70-80. Asked staff about it but they were dismissive.
