I’ve gone to this location for a few years and would normally receive a decent amount of cash for a large bin of clothes. Most of the items I bring in to sell are brand new with tags or worn once if that. There used to be an employee/manager there that was super sweet and she would love when I came in because I have cute/quality clothes and shoes. The past 2 times I’ve been to this location in the last couple of months it seems like everyone working is either quiet or rude or seem like they don’t want to be there. They lowballed me the last time I came to sell and when I received my bin of “passes” the employee looked at two pairs of shoes and said “why didn’t they take these?” She processed them then and gave me the extra money. Today, I came to pick up my items and they barely took anything. I had a large bin full for stylish spring and summer clothes that were not worn or worn once and 4 pairs of shoes. 2 pairs of the shoes were in almost perfect condition. They didn’t take them and I only received $25 for what they did take. This place is a scam and they obviously have no one working there who knows what is fashionable. The clothes that they do sell are ugly and look outdated and worn but yet they don’t accept items that are actually in style. I’ll never visit this location again.

Though I did go as a last resort, it was still very offensive & disappointing because they low balled me. Though ALL the pieces I had brought in were BRAND NEW with tags on them.I can guarantee, with absolutely no hesitation, that the items that I sold were priced at at least nine or $10 each. And they didn’t even give me seven dollars total. How so lovely and fair. ??????The level of disrespect..FAR too much.

I thought thrifting was supposed to be less expensive than buying new? Why are raggedy t shirts $10.99. Could not find anything less than $5.99 and it was mostly junk. Go down the street to village discount

I came to get my things and I was told unfortunately due to demand they weren't able to take any of my items but as I was grabbing my things Rachel C. Stopped me and told me she would relook threw my things and ended up actually taking a nice amount of my things and that helped me out so much I was so bummed when I thought I was going to have to leave with nothing I just want to say thank you so much to Rachel C. Amazing employee you guys have

The employees we kinda rude. Also, when I sold some of my clothes, why did they return back to me in this condition? Just thrown. I did sell with them and you won't get as much money back as you'd like. I suggest trading with someone else.

Best Plato’s closet I’ve ever been to. They actually sell cute clothes and they are affordable.

I went in to look for business casual tops and pants for work since I'm at a size I am and losing weight, no need for new ones yet. I could not find anything. I remember seeing tops but too showy (showing stomach), sweaters, t shirts & shorts(a lot) jeans and dresses that were also showy. Very short or there was an opening around the waist.

I understand retail isn't a fun job but don't make customers feel like a burden trying to buy something. Please send someone over to train your staff on customer service.

I came to sell clothes at this location. Employees gave me dirty looks when i walked in. they passed on all my clothes, when i went to look at the box, the clothes were exactly as I had put them in there. They didn't even look through them. Never coming to this location again and I encourage others to do the same.

Lady tells me their running a promotion for buying mens clothing. I go home and pack a bunch of clothes in a basket and bring it back 30 minutes before they close. The lady tells me that they're not taking any more clothes today, that I have to come back in another day. I told her that I had no problem leaving it for the night. Bad business.

Unprofessional staff, selling process is unnecessarily long, and the items in the store are out of style. I don’t recommend coming here, especially not to sell your clothes. The offer they give you for selling your clothes is insulting. I won’t be surprised when this company goes out of business. You’re better off selling your clothes online to get the money you deserve.
