“Clean, neat and organized! The employees are so nice and patient. I have yet to see food that does not look fresh and is not fresh! The Hot Chicken is seasoned to perfection. I will say that the prices have not changed much after the pandemic. Heck, other grocery stores prices are close to matching yours. Hands down you have the Best $0.05 bags.”

“This is a great hub of OSU doctors practicing various specialties. I come here regularly to see my allergist (Dr Curtis), family doctor (MacKinlay) and physical therapist (Ally). They have been so helpful and I swear. They have orthopedics, ENTs, cardiologists, neurologists, dermatology, gastroenterologists, urgent care and pharmacy, and a lab... probably more. They have a welcoming staff that will help route you through checkout and point you in the right direction. Hallways are clearly marked. Waiting areas are clean and there even is a cafe. I'm thankful this convenient location is staffed with such talented and caring staff.”

“Kroger is a good place to shop for groceries. But be careful on the digital coupons posted on the shelf they can often be out of date and will not give the special sale price at checkout. I was shopping 6/6/24 and the special digital coupon price was 5/22/24. Buyer Beware!”

“I’ve been getting my scripts here for years. I never have a bad experience. Personnel here is way over-worked, but maintain a pleasant & helpful attitude. I’m not sure I could have the same amount of patience if I were that busy, & dealing with such a**holes all day long. Hats off to all of you!!”
“They never pick up their phone. Last time I was in I saw on their performance board that they were rated lowest in the district. Not surprised. It's a shame, the manager seems attentive but it seems they are grossly understaffed.
Edit: Spoken with manager and she shares the sentiment. They have been low on staff. They have since gotten better at answering the phones and have been more reliable”
