This is the most organized Petco I have ever seen! The staff is very helpful too. They do not carry a wide variety of Temptations Cat treats, so I have to shop elsewhere for those, but they have a ton of dog and cat food options, including a lot of canned cat food flavors. They have Pro Plan dog food.

I had a very unfortunate situation this morning with my baby ferret that I purchased at a petco in Toledo. I went to another location for assistance and was told they couldn't help me. I called the Westerville location for a second opinion and guidance as i had been turned away from another local store. I had the pleaseure of speaking with Jeremy who I can't thank enough. He was incredibly kind and patient as I was emotional at the time. He truly went above and beyond what he had to do to help we through the situation and get me the help that I needed for my baby. He was genuine and truly cared about me and my baby ferret. I can't thank him enough and would like to make sure he is recognized for being a wonderful person and an outstanding employee. Thank you very much Jeremy!

Took my yellow lab Finn for a pawdicure. I take him monthly for this. The girl who takes care of my boy just moved to another location due to the closing of the previous location. She is awesome.

The experience that i had walking in the store for the first time was good enough to buy a Batte I was looking for a 5.2 gallon tank but the manager was so helpful that’s win I was back the next day I would rate the help a 10.

I was looking for multiple items for dogs and cats. The two staff members that were working were both very helpful and welcoming. This store is not close to me but I shop here because the staff is always really nice and always helpful.
