This salon has without a doubt the BEST tanning in all of Ohio!!!! This is the cleanest salon, has the best equipment and above all else has knowledgeable employees that actually care about your skin! When I visited recently I was greeted by Erica who asked me about my skincare goals and created a tanning schedule to accommodate my busy schedule. She definitely knew her stuff and made me feel important as a customer. I have been to almost every tanning salon in the greater Columbus to Delaware areas and this is by far the best. Thanks Erica, I will be back soon!

Do not recommend for the following reasons:- prices are not listed-was not given a receipt-was not given a copy of agreement- cancelled over the phone as family member was in hospice (associate said they would allow phone cancellation in this situation) was charged the next month in spite of her approval- asked for owners name, they didn’t give it due to privacy- contacted corporate and they declined to refund due to in store policy of cancellation, inspite of associate okaying this over the phone- there are different tiers of packages,I was only told about the two most expensivePoor customer service, deceptive sales practices

Shared a review here a few days ago. Left a long explanation as to why I left a low rating. You can not read why I left such a low review.Just asking why? And we are still waiting for the district manager to reach out for assistance. What do we need to do to speak with someone?

First let me start and say that the young ladies in this salon are only following what they are permitted to do! This has nothing to do with them! Last year my husband and I both signed up for tanning (which I have done many times) to prepare for spring break. When summer approached I put my acct on hold and he cancelled his. So this year for spring break I took my acct off hold and began tanning again. My husband went in to sign up again and they told him he was already signed up and just go tan. I remember him getting really frustrated last year when it came time to cancel because you still pay for 30 days and you can still tan even though you want it cancelled now. Fast forward to today, they have been taking out $58.?? every month since April of last year!!!(2023). That is almost $700.00!!!!!!! Should he have caught the monies taken out? Yes! But the point is, it was cancelled and they STILL removed the money!!!! He has complained and complained and not one phone call returned from home office. As all this is going on, he starts tanning to prepare for spring break this year and when we go in to tan the young girl said he owed $28.00!!!!!!! All I could do was burst out laughing!!!!! He was soooo angry. Left his name and number and guess what.......not one phone call or email from anyone!!!!! The girls at the salon apologized and let him have a "courtesy" tan. After having conversations with other friends and family about this, they have said that this is not the first time that they have heard the same story!!!!! Maybe we should have read the previous reviews, looks like we aren't the first!!! Maybe this review will get him a phone call? We will wait anxiously.

Poor customer service bad business. I I canceled my subscription back in February. They charged my card ever since I just found out I reached out to them and they can’t refund. The manager says you will refund you wan then she called me back and says they’re not refunding back anything.They know I have not tanned since February. And y’all better check those towels because I seen one of their workers eating Chito puffs while folding them in the back room smelled like weedTo add to your response below I did send an email as you requested and still no response back.

Staff had feet on the counter. Extremely rude. Verbally harassed my daughter as she was leaving the store. The staff members name was Abby Layton.

Beds are great. Customer service is lacking. I was a longtime client of the former establishment. They let my purchased minutes expire without warning or apology, and then just let me walk out the door without informing me of how I could continue to be a customer.

Beds are great. Clean facility. Poor customer service. My minutes from previous franchise owner expired without any warning or notification from them, no apology or even an attempt to turn me into a current customer. They just let me walk out the door. I've been going to this location for 6 years or more. Pretty sad, but peace out! I'll take my business elsewhere.

I canceled my account with them sign there pad ad I thought 30 days notice. I realized they keep taking money from my account I called they will not refund any of it. Then lady goes to say you never canceled. Well clearly I did why I lie about that and I did not say tan for 4 months. Manager said will refund 1 and never did then said they will not reduce any. Bad businesses oh and I watched an employee fold sanitized towels while eating Cheeto puffs and licking fingers.

Great customer service! So clean and great beds. Highly satisfied! Staff was knowledgeable about products too and made recommendations without trying to oversell.

So I came in tonight to use my other spray tan from when I got a 2 for $30 back in December... back when I bought it they didn't offer that special but the Palm Beach my best friend goes to in Blacklick offered that to her so the girl called that salon and said she put that package on mine.. I even told the girl after the holidays and this second tan I would go on a monthly membership.. so fast forward to tonight when I go in and Michaela says they never gave me the special. There were no notes of any of this and looked at me like I'm a liar.. and supposedly the girl that noted this deal no longer works for the company.. I could care less about getting something for free. I just don't like being lied to or treated the way I was just treated. I've been going to this salon when they were under a different brand and used to love coming here but after this treatment tonight I would recommend -10 stars if possible. Looks like I'm getting a monthly membership but no way it will be here.. criminals!
