I absolutely love this tanning salon! If you are looking for a great place to tan with excellent customer service especially from Jayden then look no further. She is amazing, she goes above and beyond. Hands down one of the best salons because of her!!

Really clean store . I came in and got a spray tan and the associate Taylor’s message most definitely delivered and my spray tan came out phenomenal with her advice on the right color for me and compliments me right as I’m going to leave after my session really made me feel confident!! She’s got a great personality she deserves a promotion you go Taylor keep these customers happy palm beach is lucky to have you :)

I went in today to use the buy one get a spray tan for $10. It states on the website a sale through 8/28. The girl acted like I was completely crazy stating that sale. I said it’s right on your website, she demanded they did not have that special. Was very rude when I did not take her up on the three tan special and even more rude when I did not add onto my single spray tan. She then overcharged me for the single spray tan. I will definitely be visiting another location from now on.

Great experience! I have been going here for a few years and have not had a bad experience. The staff has always been friendly and the manager is knowledgeable and nice to speak with. I have a busy schedule and am always able to get in and out rather quickly. Would recommend this place to anyone.Service: Tanning

I went 1 time. Because of my meds I didn't have a good reaction. So I asked for my money back. They said yes so I was supposed to get a refund, this was in Feb, pd for March ,Still nothing. I've called, just rings then hangs up every time, left paper messages twice, gone to location, called another location to speak to a mgr still nothing. This is my next step. I HATE THE HOURS THEY CLOSE AT 9 WEEKDAYS BUT CLOSE AT 7 SATURDAY AND SUNDAY SMH YOUD THINK IT BE MORE LIKE 930PM WEEKEND DAYS ATLEAST NOT NO 7PM
