3 stars for both good and poor service. Unfortunately, one bad experience can color all the good. The lady who checked me in at my last appointment was gruff, unwelcoming, and talked down to me both before and after my blood draw. I felt like an Army recruit being bossed around by the Sargent. I had no special requests and treated her well. The technician was very kind and good.

Sadly, I went for blood draw in April 2022 and technician Dani blew out my vein. I have been told my arms have easy veins so that was not the issue. I could not use my arm for a week and had pain. Not what you expect for a routine blood draw.
