Absolute sleeze of a company. Was working with them to get a customers vehicle repaired under the warranty they paid for and was cancelled due to a factory installed lift. When I called back after finding this out they changed to say it was the tire size. Tires measure .23 taller than factory. Save your money rather than give it to this crooked company. What really sucks is it isn’t the people on the phone who are the problem, they are truly nice people working for a poor place.

The adjuster who tried to help me, Matthew Frech, was so helpful and went above and beyond his duties. He discovered that customer service had emailed a claim form to me for the branch of the company that he works with, but it should have been for a different branch. Once he discovered this, he could easily have just called me back and told me to contact someone else….but instead he researched who my policy was actually with, emailed all of my documents to them and even spoke to management on my behalf. I can’t remember the last time I had this type of quality care and service. Friendly, understanding, respectful, caring and extremely professional. I can only hope that his superiors see this review and realize what an incredible employee that they are fortunate to have. I have no idea if my claim will be approved or if I will be reimbursed, but this gentleman went 10 extra miles for a stranger. Job well done, Matt!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! They find any excuse not to pay!! They need to close this company because obviously they have no money, since they want to be stingy and take forever!!!

Worst experience of my life.. every turn there’s another excuse, or another thing added on that wasn’t originally requested instead of telling me everything that was needed MONTHS ago. Every person I’ve dealt with sucks. All they want is their money. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

HORRIBLE STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!if i could give 0 stars i would!! this company is a scam. PURCHASED GAP through them, Had my car totaled in NOVEMBER, it is now mid March and I continue to get push back about paying the remaining portion. So now not only am I car-less, also in a financial bind as I continue to make payments on a car I don’t even have !!!! because this scam company won’t step up and pay their part.

Easy to work with paid my Auto Care Warranty claim right away. I can't say that about other Motor Vehicle warranties I've had. Other warranties just tried to figure out a way on how not to pay or recoup on my initial warranty purchase at the dealership

Super scammy - they don't return calls from mechanics to avoid telling which parts will be approved for repairs then they deny the repairs. Clever scam avoid at all costs

They pay based on costs from over 5 years ago. I just had a service call on my RV and the service charge was $195 and they would only pay $85. They don't adjust their payments for inflation. The supervisor hung up on me when I questioned her about it! She was a real bi**h!

Bad news waste of time. As a repair facility, it's a nightmare of wasted time. Over an hour on the phone, lots of questions, and holding the line. Finally, we need an inspection which they can only offer a 2-day window to view. So the car has to be at my shop disassembled prohibiting me from generating revenue while we wait for them to look at it and have one of my employees hold their hand selling the job all over again. My customer is upset and of course, does not want her car to sit while she has to rent a car. Oh and if that is not bad enough one of the friendly staff hung up on me when I questioned the need to inspect the car for 2 days. Insult to injury they decide what you charge for parts and labor as well as what they deem required. Save your money don't buy auto repair insurance it's a scam to see how long you will put up with their BS and you finally walk away. Oh, and they keep your money.

They are scam: Its about dolor amount for them. Bought auto warranty years ago. My car has been over heating since last which I was told weeks ago it needed new engine after which the car has been in the shop being fixed for everything else that could possibly be the cost of over heating which I reported to National Auto and was told to send the car to the shop for diagnosis which I did. The company sent someone to the shop to examine the car as well after which I was told when I called to follow up that it is not that they do not believe my car needs new engine but it's about the dolor amount $6000 that it cost to replace my engine but if it were $500 they will have paid it. After that the company told me they were not pleased with the diagnosis of the repair shop and that I should send the car to another shop for them to check it which I did sometime end of last week and when the 2nd shop got back to them with their same diagnosis again my needs a new engine and gave them a quote, they have refused it again and asking me to send the car to another shop for them to tear down the car at my cost to let them know what and why the car is over heating meanwhile I have spent lots of money repairing everything else that could be the cause of the over heating but the car is still over heating and 2 different license repairs checked my car and said the car needs new engine. I do not recommend National Auto Care to anyone.
