I walk into the establishment and I didn't get a simple good morning. I went to the pop machine and I wanted to know how much for the extra large (79 cents up to 44oz) and the seemingly uninterested clerk at the register shrugs her shoulders and exclaims 'I don't know' when asked about this. I check out and the clerk's body language suggested that she was being bothered because she had to get up from her seat and cash me out. Is this what you call customer service???just asking...

The service at this location is bad! And the sad part is employees know nothing will be done for their unprofessionalism and actions. Steve is an absolute nightmare to deal with. This employee is a ticking time bomb! All he does is vape "inside" and outside the store, in his car and is constantly on his cell phone. There is another older female employee can't provide name because no one wears name tags who is just rude and extremely unapproachable. Has the presentation: I showed up you're lucky I came in mentality. And the continuous foul dropping of "F" bombs and gossiping of other team members and customers is unbelievable! If you call them out on their behavior for the way they treat you they fight with you. Tell you, you are the problem and tell you to leave the store! Why are we the paying public being subject to such unprofessionalism? Does management truly not care? Is Circle Ks philosophy it's okay paying customers are being degraded by team members because as long as we have a body behind the counter we will look the other way? Very sad indeed.

Every night around 3am the staff member puts a sign up that he will be right back. However, he leaves for at least an hour every time. It appears he sits in the bathroom and takes a nap, as I’ve seen him walk in the direction of the restrooms after he puts his sign up. If you are going to close for that long, tell your customers when you will be back. I can’t tell you how many people pull up, sit in their cars for 25 minutes then give up and leave. You just wasted their time when all you had to do was say “Be back at 4am.” I’m fairly certain he is not authorized to take that long because other staff only close for 5 minutes when they need a restroom break. Tonight, Circle K missed out on 12 customers while dude was napping on the toilet.

The Circle K that’s located at the corner of Sancus Road and Lazelle Road, Has the worst employee staff total lack of professionalism, rude. The lottery machine ate $40 of mine and didn’t give me the tickets I chose. The staff which was really only one employee and then one employee that was sick, but shouldn’t be up there up here because of that which is nice knowing that I have cancer and you there are the Customer up here just running around Spreading germs but OK. The staff didn’t really care. They were so nonchalant about it to me $40 is a big deal considering the cost of the medication’s and treatments I have to pay for, And Lottery tickets is where I find my enjoyment right now. He said there’s nothing we can do about it because Manager has to do it and of course they don’t have a manager on duty. Oh that’s lovely so if there’s no manager who’s supervising the employee. They didn’t give me the name of the manager or their phone number and then the germ dude I have to contact lottery commission now.

I’m giving this location 1 star because every single time I go in there the lady which I’m assuming could be the manager is just flat out rude it’s like when u go in there to buy something ur the problem there is no hey how are u and they definitely don’t say take it easy like they are suppose to I worked for circle k and I know that the company is big on how u are with customers…. That being said I’m not going back in there again!

Held $100 on my card for almost a week. Could be longer still have to call the bank then call Monday to talk to management to fix it. Obviously we have to fuel our cars. I need to fill up my car again and you still have a $100 of my money. Not good for consumers

The rest rooms has not soap. Upon asking an employee he said management already knows about it. They dontvwant to put soap.You should simply close your restrooms and not let people use it

Needed snacks and such, noticed this right nearby. Friendly service. Decent, typical convenience store selection of drinks and snacks. Clean inside, nice parking lot and access.
