“Yesterday I went to the Westerville UPS Store to send an item back to the business I bought it from. I was very impressed with how well this store treated its customers. The employees were all knowledgeable and friendly. I observed that the questions customers had were fully and clearly answered. The employees partnered with customers to find appropriate shipping solutions. The store was clean, well-organized, and efficient. It is obviously well run by management. I wish that all businesses were operated in this manner; it reminds me of a past era in which the customer always came first! I will continue to give them my business and will recommend them to others.”

“I was lost and I called UPS to see if they were still open. A young man stayed on the phone with me and guided me to his store. He stayed open to take my order . I don't know his name but I really appreciate that he helped me. I am 78 years old.”

“Imagine all of the services of the post office, but with no long lines and good customer service. It does exist and can be found in a shopping center in Upper Arlington. They have shipping and mailing services for USPS, Fed Ex and UPS all in one place, which is really convenient. They also offer printing services, but I have never used those. I believe it is under new ownership, and they really brought the business back to life. They are closed on Sundays.”

“The staff in Graceland Shopping center on High St in Columbus Ohio, is the best. They know there stuff. I'm a 77yr old senior and losing my ability to operate any thing relating to a computer, copier, faxing, pulling documents off my phone. Those fellows were absolutely amazing and need a raise. 2 different days I went there, the 1st time one fellow by himself, and was able to wait on customers in a long line and do my faxing and copying for me. I saw 3 different guys, all 3 were very friendly, and knowledgeable. Great location.”

“2.3 stars seems a bit bizarre. Much of the experience is luck. It is hard to predict when people will show up and how the complexity of their situation. Returning hardware for Spectrum might be a nightmare because the customer doesn't have the right info. Dropping off a package, no problem.My experience was people were doing the job well. My off-the-cuff for the past 4 years is that we do not treat each other very well. Whoever is working the store is doing a job. You are paying them for their help to get the job done that you want. It isn't a one way relationship. Yes, it can "suck"; and it can be good to ask if the expectations were reasonable (seriously) given societies current goal of pay the least possible for everything.4 stars seems correct; but 5 stars because 2.3 is absurd.”

“I was headed to USPS, but the Holy Spirit led me to go into UPS instead. I’m so thankful for my obedience, because the experience at UPS exceeded my expectations! Associate, Zack, was very helpful and pleasant as he assisted me with getting a package mailed to my great aunt for her birthday. He also ensured me that the package would be delivered on her birthday. Additionally, the associates were kind enough to package the items I brought in to be mailed at no additional charge. “I've used this business to ship things via FedEx, and also to purchase boxes for storage and shipping. I think it is very reasonably priced. The owner is very friendly and helpful, but that comes with the caveat: he sure does like to talk and I mean that in the very nicest way he has lots of great stories to tell in this business for quite some time. I found the conversation delightful.”
