My family and I have never experienced such blatant disrespect and discrimination from a company than this place. I asked one employees, why did the bill increase. (Simple question). Jim Landaker comes storming out of his office and Jim SLAMS a paper down to another customer. His employees told him it was not him but it was me. So he continue his rage and stated it was some simple tax credit to me. He also stated that “YOUR FAMILY PROBABLY WOULDNT EVEN UNDERSTAND IT” Due to our accent. There’s plenty of smart and friendly CPA offices around the area, please avoid this racist place.
