I've brought my mother here twice now and both times have been a miserable experience. First of all, their handicap spot is not set up to make it possible to get a passenger out of the passenger door of the car and into a wheelchair. Next problem, the two doors that we had to get her and her wheelchair through are not automatic. It is really difficult to get a wheelchair pushed through a door and hold the door at the same time. Once inside, the hall from the test room to the restroom is small and zig zags. There also is no receptionist to check you in without waiting for them to wander in from the back of the building.
If it were possible this would be a rating of 0 stars.

I go here every 3 months to get blood drawn, and I have always had a very good experience. I try to time my visit to less busy times of day, and have never waited more than 15 minutes. Staff is efficient, they have always got a vein on the first try, and service is expedient.

The lady who barely speaks English apparently threw away my blood samples and didn't send them to OSU. What is your malfunction in this dirty place? OSU hospital is also very concerned with the actions of this dump... Also, learn to speak fluent English if you are going to live here in America. How ridiculous to let ignorant people like that work in the medical field....

I came in to do my drug screen I was on my menstrual and the lady that took me back was rushing me to use it and to remind you guys I was cramping really bad I was not feeling good. I used the bathroom and when I came out she said it was not at the line it was only a little itch away from the line. She made me feel very uncomfortable and rushed I will never go back to the Westerville one on Westar again. As a nurse you should never rushed a patient especially I wasn’t even in the for 5 min. She really made me come out of character.

You need to make sure they received your lab order before appt. OR print it out and bring them with you. I was used to everything being electronic. Also if you email them the lab work make sure it’s ALL lower case. Apparently that matters?

This listing states that they close at 5:30. Got there are 445pm and doors locked and they are closed for the day. Either update your listing or stay open when you say you will be. Very frustrating.

Had a 940a appointment time.... left at 1010a after not seeing a single staff member (no one at the front desk the entire time), and not seeing a single person being called back.

Hours are posted wrong on nearly EVERY LabCorp website and they know this. But apparently Corporate can't find the time to correct their hours online.

This is one of the worst LabCorp I have been, and the rudest customer service I have ever seen. They don't respect people and patients

No wonder this site's ratings are in the gutter. I was just in there today for (what should have been) a simple drug screening collection but was instead personally insulted by the collector when she learned I was from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania because I wore a Pitt university cap. She started by saying she hates people from Pittsburgh, without joking whatsoever. I said, "excuse me?" She then gives the disclaimer, "I don't hate the city, I just hate the people." If you do the math, she basically said she hates me, after all of 5 minutes of knowing me from handing me a plastic cup and putting my car keys in a lock box. She went on to elaborate, saying her daughter is studying there and because some “Asians” walked past her without smiling one time, everyone in my hometown is rude and unfriendly, which I found extremely ironic based on what I was being subjected to. And why the need to mention their race? When I asked her for her name, she first didn't want to give it (someone know they're guilty?), but then she said her name was "Trina" but the lab invoice shows Carrie Underhill. I said nothing to provoke this blatant disregard for common decency and professionalism. Is Labcorp's staff unaccountable to where they can just vent their prejudice to the patients because they feel the patients have no leverage and are dependent on these tests for employment? At the end, after I pushed back and pointed out how rude people from central Ohio, such as herself, can obviously be, she threatened that I had better leave before she gets physical with me. Seriously? I come for an pre-employment collection and I get insulted and threatened? That's okay with Labcorp? That's the caliber of people you have working for you? Cue the generic copy/paste PR response to this review, where they fake empathy cuz they know corporate eyes may be upon this, not to mention the potential hit to their patient pool.

great location, i think they’re short staffed so it takes awhile but you can tell the staff they have are trying their best to keep the ball rolling.
