Complete joke; Customer service is terrible, have been working on being able to place online orders for 3 months and nobody is able to fix our account. Most of the time they ask you to hold and just hang up.

I used to live on the west side of Columbus and went to Kroger‘s all the time now I live in Youngstown Ohio. I would like to see if we can get one down here close to us because I think it’ll be great money and opportunity for you to expand in other cities And I’m sure that the people around here will love the Kroger’s in our neighborhoods in the surrounding area of Youngstown, Boardman, Austintown, Niles, Ohio. I think it’ll be a great investment for your headquarters and company.

I love Kroger, Except my recent visit.I have recieved a Healthy benefit card to spend on my needs thru Medicare. After collecting my groceries, I proceeded to the check out. They scanned my groceries and I pulled out my phone, with my Healthy benefit mobile App. The clerk said he had never processed one of those, I said you just have to scan it.He proceeded to get the clerk from the front desk who said, we don't accept that. I said yes you do, I've used it before, you just scan it. She went to the desk and called the manager who said we don't accept that. I said I ve used it here and at 665, you just scan it. They would not even try. I left went to the place I hate wal-mart and purchased my groceries.Discussed with educated idiots.

We patronize the Kroger on Chamber Rd (we were customers for years on 5th and continued when it relocated to Chambers Rd) and are totally over putting up with this pathetic excuse for a store. First off the 12 self checkouts (both ends of the store) usually have 6 or less than open causing long lines ( even when the stores not 'that busy', what's the sense). Then they installed the 4 conveyor belt 'self checkouts' which are a joke, at best. Stock sucks on average so pretty most of the time. Much to my dismay, Giant Eagles going to get my business (just as a note, I don't like Giant Eagle and never have, that's how bad your Chambers Rd Kroger has gotten)..

I am so tired of the fresh fruit commercials,,,, Kroger you all are lying I brought 2 peaches on a Saturday evening and went to eat them Monday morning and the peaches were rotten and didn't look that way when I bought them and looking at my receipt charger 2.99 bad deceiving miss dam leading. Enough of you all Yes I do have proof thank you.???

Our credit card info was stolen from their pharmacy. We fought on the phone with them and after an hour they told us they couldn’t do anything for us. We’ve been fighting this for a month. I’ve also gotten shady service and charged for groceries I didn’t receive. Customer service has been terrible. For years I shopped at the one in Johnstown Ohio and had no problem. As soon as we moved to Heath Ohio it’s been awful. I’ll never shop there again. It’s just not worth it. It’s a shame because it used to be our go to for groceries.

I have shopped at the Schrock Rd Krogers for over 30 years. I have always been happy till last year!! I am a senior citizen- I don’t like self checkout. I want to be able to checkout with a cashier. Today I stood in line for 25 minutes waiting to checkout. There were 3 people in line ahead of me - all had large orders! There was only one cashier checkout lane open- this is unacceptable!!

Inquiry regarding receipt of paper coupons..i stopped receiving paper coupons about 6 mos ago. Today 2/2/23Was told they are doing a system upgrade. But they were unable to explain why some people continue to receive paper coupons in Columbus oh and others are not. Recommend use of digital coupon for now UGH ?

I’m very disturbed about the poor lighting in the parking lot of Kroger on Hoover Rd. in Grove City, Ohio. Buckeye Grove Shopping Center. It’s always been bad but I was there last night and it is pitch black in areas and very dim on other areas. Someone needs to be concerned about the customer and employee who safety in this parking lot. For years I have thought it was dimly lit, but it is beyond ridiculous now. Not sure if Kroger is responsible or the owner of the plaza, whoever that is. Tonight I filed complaints with Kroger, the owner of the property and the Grove City Chamber of Commerce. I support several of the businesses in this plaza, there are alot of customers and employees and I can’t understand why the responsible party hasn’t proactively improved the parking lot lighting.

Customer Service has gone from Hoover rd Kroger. Went to return defective item and was told service desk was closed. They were to busy to help me. Sure I have nothing else to do in my life.

Be nice if the employees would clean up the broken glass. In the parking spaces. At the soldarno Blvd Columbus Ohio location. Maybe clean the store stop leaving stacks of products in the Isle. Maybe train employees about friendly customer service.

I'm only complaining on behalf of the best employees in Grove City. They are loyal but their hands are tied to make common sense decisions. It feels like when there is a decisions to be made like selling adult beverages to seniors they worry about their jobs. Please ease replace this policy with something that makes sense.
