The rude woman w gray hair that always wears her hair in a braid working guest services desk at the Kroger in Westerville Ohio on Sunbury rd. REFUSED to help me at 8:57 when they close at 9. Just to refuse it. No other reason. This is the third encounter I've had with this hateful woman here. Maybe she shouldnt be working with the public if she doesn't care about guests and just enjoys making people's lives a little bit harder.

When I entered the front entrance I had to cover my nose and hold my breath. Big time second hand smoke pouring through the cart entrance into the front lobby entrance. Let’s get this smoking section moved. It’s horrid.

A grocery store MUST have a manned checkout lane open at all times. This store often has only self checkout open. This is totally unacceptable. My review for this location would be 5 stars, if not for this one issue.

Got stopped scanning groceries because their stupid camera thought I was stealing in self checkout. Then I had to wait forever for someone to come by, watch the video, and see I did nothing wrong. This is accusing me of shoplifting and slows me down to have to wait to be proven honest. I would rather go to a regular checkout but you only had 1 lane open???. Bad experience.

Not sure if management here really cares about quality control anymore. From moldy fruit and vegetable bins to carts that are falling apart and have been for well over a year. It’s sad this location is only 3 minutes from home but I’d rather just go to Meijer or Walmart or even the Graceland Kroger..

9:30am on a Friday and the meat deli is closed, the seafood is closed, one checkout lane open and when I stood in line to complain to customer service, I was ignored. Find another grocery store to shop at

I want to remind you guys that you close at 11pm and not 10! There is no reason there should be a huge line at 10 at night and y’all have only 4 self checkout lanes open. Not to mention I could count on 2 hands the number of employees stocking shelves or standing around doing nothing because you’re ready to close the store, or the ones smoking cigs right beside the entrance to the store. I’ll be doing the majority of my grocery shopping elsewhere from now on!

Went here on a Wednesday 3pm cand the ustomer service area was closed with the lights off and carts of product In front of counter
The self checkout employee rudely made it clear CS was closed. Although.there was associates on the manual checkouts...
I tried again a week later and Customer Service was still Closed.
Yea this store has went to hell quick.
