The employees in this store are genuinely thoughtful. In my short (less than 10 minutes) in the store I saw two separate employees offer help (not wait for someone to ask) to two different customers. Then the employee covering self checkout was so kind and thoughtful. It was the first time I came out of a grocery store with some hope for humanity.

Went to Kroger Maxtown today Sat. Am. I expected it to be busy and it was, however, in addition to the shoppers they chose Sat morning to stock all the shelves. On every isle you had to dodge the shoppers AND THE stocking staff and their huge carts of boxes. Is Saturday , most likely the busiest grocery shopping day of the week, the only time you can stock?? In addition, when I was checking out there were 2 teenagers, cashier and bagger, and they talked nonstop while to one another as they checked me out as if I was not even there. It was a most unpleasant shopping experience.I will NOT be returning to this Kroger again!

Manager Erica has difficulty being honest. After spewing nonsense about how "it's the law" to check all IDs in the liquor store, I showed her the actual law and her flustered rebuttal was "well that's the Kroger law!" I'm 35, by the way, and I don't take my wallet into stores like Kroger that accept Apple Pay—because then what's the point of Apple Pay? Why even offer Apple Pay if you're going to make me carry a wallet too? Even showing her photos of my passport and Ohio driver license didn't satisfy Erica's made-up law ?

They are giving their company a bad name. They never have product that says the store has when checking online. Poorly stocked always. Live closest to this store but the Kroger at Polaris and Sancus is far superior!

Kroger corporation is a sham. They inflate their prices, sell a lot of junk food, underpay staff, and employ capitalism to the max.
You can tell they are dedicated to squeezing every last $ to maximize shareholder value.
I have to walk across a sea of parking lots to get into the store. Only to walk through another sea of a store, just to get a single item.
I can be in and out of Aldi in 15 minutes, this store takes 2x as long for everything.
No disrespect to the particular store, I’m impartial, however grocery shopping doesn’t have to be this way.

I love shopping here, but they spend a ton of money expanding the liquor store yet the bathrooms remain disgusting.

My own experience? Well.. today the girl is stocking in the gravy isle well... she had one half of the isle blocked so I started to go around the giant Cart she was furious with me for going around and said a rude comment to me..as she was bringing another giant size Cart to block the other half of the isle...so I couldn't get thru.

Sucks!!! The self check out lines are either broken or you need someone to help, and there's no one around to help. This used to be my favorite kroger, but now it's never stocked well, prices suck and if I have to be the cashier for myself, why isn't a manager around to take my coupons?Don't check it out unless you have LOTS to time to kill. Meijer is now officially faster and more efficient.

I love Kroger but this store has gone downhill. Produce is almost always molded/rotten. I do curbside pickup and these were pears that I was given. They are all bruised up and gross. They went straight into the trash. Don’t they have quality control? I actually laughed when I saw these.

I found Andrew at the customer service desk to be extremely rude. While walking to an open register at the self-checkout line, Andrew swoops in front of me from the front Customer Service desk. No apology. I was literally a step away from it. Very rude.I think Andrew would be more suited to sticking the shelves, where human interaction is minimal and mostly unnecessary.
