1. When I called, the representative answered the phone but never introduced themselves, so I don't know who I spoke with. 2. There is a price inconsistency. The price for the same medication I picked up last month has gone up. I am changing my pharmacy to Meijer.

I'm torn on how to say this without tearing anyone down....Whitney is the best thing about this pharmacy. She is the go to, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, remembers me and my specific needs, and genuinely cares about all customers. Thank you Whitney.
