The worst employee branch I ever deal with I give ID to withdraw my money they asking for second verification while they have ID my ID. They make their policy and I ask the manager and all I ask was the policy to be given to me they keep saying we don't have it. I call the corporate to call the for issue I need that policy. Otherwise this discrimination against black people.

Worst experience at a bank I've ever had I was racially profiled by the teller demanded to do something other than the people in the lobby were doing I would highly suggest not coming here!

I would give a zero if I could . It has taken 7 days of calling multiple times a day and still no answer to the phone or returned phone calls . I need paperwork for an upcoming court case and these folks wont pick up the phone or answer voicemails . Terrible terrible service . When I called the Banking customer service number I spoke to Sara who explained that she was the manager of that department and basically tough luck . I am absolutely flabbergasted at the lack of service and the inability to speak with someone , heck anyone, that cares to help a customer of many years .

This bank is one of the easiest that I can get in and get out. It has a drive through and walk up ATM do I can utilize either depending on how busy I am. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. Sometimes it does get busy and appears that there are not enough people and it usually is settled pretty quickly. The one thing I did learn is that they no longer take your loose change and count it for you. They will provide the wrappers but you need to fill them. This bummed me out because that was such a handy feature to have. Forced me to buy my own coin counter. Look for the friendly smiles and the courteous welcomes and you know you've found the place to bank. It's awkward on how you enter here but once you know you utilize the same entry as Tim Horton's you've found your way!
