Not only as a staff member here, but also a parent, I see both sides of the coin as people say. Personally the team we have in place now I am very proud of. As a mother, I strive to create an environment I would want my own child to experience at a child care facility and for any other child who attends here as well. My son is in the school age room and would rather stay here then come home with me at the end of the day!

Horrible, started off good but as the days progressed it went downhill. My son is 3 with energy he should never be in class with 1 year olds & too many kids to one teacher. Very play based , that’s not how it was explained to me. Transferred my son. His last day I picked him up shoes on the wrong feet and just unattended to. Took almost a month for me to have the KinderCare log in information to check on my son & to pay. Everything was so threw off. They didn’t give my son time to adjust and always called me threatening to send him home. No one called the second day where another child bit him and an incident report was made. It was very different and me as a mom no longer felt comfortable to leave my son.

My three children have been attending for over a year and have loved it. My youngest runs straight into class smiling and has a ton of fun. My older children love going as well and are able to get school assignments done, have outdoor playtime, and have made so many friends. I am consistently notified if there are any issues with ratio or illness in the classroom. I have very rarely had any issues with my children becoming ill from daycare. I’m always witnessing the staff cleaning and sanitizing the rooms. I’ve also seen numerous occasions where the staff is extremely patient and calm when a child is having a tantrum. The director and staff have gone above and beyond on numerous occasions to help out with my children. It is hard to find people you trust to care for your children and I have felt nothing but comfortable leaving my kids in their care.

Worst kindercare I’ve ever seen! It’s dirty inside, cluttered, bugs, trash everywhere…Most of the time they’re out of ratio in nearly every classroom but infants & the director doesn’t care. She comes and goes as she pleasesI’ve personally worked there, my niece and nephew went there. 0/10 do not recommend working here or taking your kids here. The director doesn’t address issues until it’s too late. She can’t keep teachers there to save her lifeShe closes classrooms because she doesn’t want to be in one. Forgets to pick kids up from school. In my opinion, it should be shut down!

When i initially wrote this review this center was a totally different place i love it with all my heart! Since a change in management has happened this place is AWFUL and dangerous. The rooms are out of STATE RATIO all the time. The director can't keep staff because she herself could care less about that place. She is never there when you need her to be there and when she is there, and you know you have an issue she will avoid you. My child was bullied, shamed and basically abused under her watch and she knew it. Did nothing until i finally found out and said i was going to her boss.DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE

My son started going to this daycare at the beginning of November 2020. My son loves going to school here! He loves all of his teachers,Mr.John and Ms.Larissa. When my son first started he had speech and motor delay. Since starting this daycare, my son is now out of all of his therapies thanks to this school! They are always learning new things and doing hands on activities. We absolutely love this daycare and all the staff!!

We recently switched to KinderCare Huber Village and for the first time in a long time both my girls (Preschool and Pre-K) are excited to go to school! The teachers are attentive and have involved me in creating a plan that's unique to each of my kids. My youngest is in the infant room and I am thrilled with how engaged the teachers are with the baby's! I have seen all of my kids grow so much in just a month and it makes me so happy!!!

Our son has attended Kindercare Eastwind since he was 4 months old and he is now 4 and a half years old and is in the Pre-K room. We have had great experiences with staff and always know that our little man is being well taken care of. The staff is working constantly on their own professional development in order to provide the best setting for our children.

A good daycare, where the admin care and the teachers get to know the kids and treat them as individuals!

What can I say...Our lil one has been at this center for 5 years now. Beginning in the infant room and now in the pre-k room. The staff has been so accommodating for our family. Our lil one has a specific set of circumstances and the staff has gone above and beyond.Although everything is not super amazing... it should be known that they strive to be amazing! We are grateful to the wonderful center directors Tracy & Jon for their fearless leadership. Also to the awesome teaching teams who work so hard to make sure the students are learning. Our lil one is reading and writing before entering kindergarten!Great Job everyone!

Idk how this daycare is getting 4 stars usually daycares are more attentive and nurturing towards the kids. My kids would have snot crusted on their face while the other kids wouldd be hitting one another and crying and the teacher would have their back turned towards them filling out paper work. If you like this place then I can tell that you have no idea how daycares are suppose to be ran. This is not normal and there is better out there.
