“This Lowe's is awesome! I wish I knew the name of the bald gentleman who helped me at the paint counter, but after I melted the paint off the wall in a rental apartment he was able to paint match it so well that I didn't even have to paint the whole wall! Literally identical in color and sheen and he matched it from a paint chip smaller than a fingernail. Plus, he and another employee helped me get everything I needed having never painted anything before. Thank you so much for your kindness and patience, I hope all of the employees here are recognized for how amazing they are!”

“Today I ordered mulch for pickup. The young man at the gate was very pleasant. I asked him if someone could help me load the bags of mulch. ( I'm a senior with a bad back and other health issues ). He said I will send someone over. Then another young man came over to help me load the mulch into my car. They both were so helpful, kind and professional. I shop this Menards because the majority of their employees are exactly the same way. You can tell they like their job. It shows.”
“I'm crying my eyes out as I leave this review. My oldest brother was diagnosed with lung cancer. He was starting chemo so I thought it would be nice to get him a lift chair. Around this time, my husband was fighting a terrible bout of Covid. I ordered my brothers chair via Menards website and thought it would take a while to arrive so I'd have time to take care of hubby. NOPE! That bad boy was there lightning fast. I called the store in a panic and spoke to a very kind gentleman named Tony. He assured me he would hold the chair. Today, my brother is moving into his forever home. I pray to God that he'll be there for a long time. I looked on the website, and it showed I was past the pickup time. My heart sank to the floor! His chair was gone! I called the store. I got a manager who located Tony and this amaaaaaazing human had held the chair! “They're great. It's always easy to find someone when you need help, and the staff is very friendly. The service desk employees go above and beyond to make sure that they resolve any issues. Now I find out they offer free delivery on some items? Amazing. It's super helpful when you have a booked schedule and only have a day at most to take care of some projects. Suddenly you can take your little evening downtime to put together list and poof, it's all there when you need it without spending hours getting there, searching around and getting back. I love shopping there, but the online experience is clutch.
