I found Harris at a time when I really needed a good quality, honest automotive repair shop. I was having the worst of experiences with dealerships & other mechanics around town— being sleazy and trying to sell me stuff and make money off me. Harris delivered authentic, affordable and amazing quality car repairs. Not only were they knowledgeable about my car & actually educated me on my car’s issues, they also gave me a great price. AND.. they even fixed a part of my car’s bumper that tends to pop out of its spot, free of charge! Thank you Harris for being awesome, authentic & and not sleazy like some of these other places around Columbus. I will absolutely be back to you when I need services again and will recommend you to everyone in my life!

Recently, I had all four tires on my truck replaced, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. The staff was exceptionally friendly, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. They even provided a loaner car at no extra cost, which was incredibly helpful. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Great service, nice people at the front desk. Service was performed in a reasonable time. Only complaint is adding on additional fees, bad idea. When you quote a price it should be the total price.
