You can buy a car here quickly and easily, no credit required, but the sales people are probably likely to lie straight to your face without any problems. They might lie about the condition of vehicles if they know something is wrong with it or otherwise they might not know anything about the car. After my car purchase they forgot to take care of the car tags and lied about that too stating it has been mailed a few days ago but the letter clearly states that it was sent on the day I called to ask about the status of it. They also do not provide costumer service and only answer calls if you call the sales line that is meant to be used for costumers to buy a new car. Have billing questions? That is too bad! I tried calling and got hung up on without a word on all other lines except for sales. During my initial purchase they also loudly discussed in their office how I probably do not know anything about cars which I could hear in the lobby. Then the mechanic later answered one of my questions about an issue I saw on the vehicle and the answer did not make sense at all. I know a thing or two about cars unfortunately to them. I only bought a car here because I was very desperate for transportation and this place was my only option pretty much. I knew I was gambling when I met the sales people. They also do not offer secure payments so you will be paying through an unsecured website or using a dropbox at the car lot. They are probably not honest people so if you have any options other than buying a car here, I suggest that you buy one anywhere else! Two stars were earned only because anybody can walk into this place and get a car without any questions asked which is a perk to be acknowledged. However, I would not even believe their questions... ?

These people taking advantage of people are gonna have some super bad karma,don't get ripped off...skip this place no matter how desperate you are for transportation...hell go to the Auction your darn self...the game is get your money selling you a pile of junk they REALLY DONT know ANYTHING about(but they will GUESS what might be wrong with the pile of junk)..they are scamming back baby!DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND TIME ON THESE SCUMBALLS!!!DIP BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BOUNCE!

I went here with my boyfriend a few years ago and was able to get a car ASAP! the guy cam helped us out alot, he listened to our story and was able to help out the best he could. I'm also going for another car today, and just as I thought, the customer service was great. They definitely care about their customers and are there to HELP! I love this place
