Warning: check your receipts, cashier charged me twice for some items. This store used to be great but it's really going downhill quick. Employees seem miserable. I agree with the other posts that stated the food quality is declining.

There was next to zero gluten free vegetarian items, no veggie sushi or vegetarian salads. was hoping for a quick picnic style dinner and left frustrated.

I used to tell everybody about fresh thyme and they're wonderful produce and meat section. I love that the butcher has so many options, including that are already marinated. But the last couple of years the produce here has been hit or miss. Staff will literally put out displays of bell peppers, tomatoes, strawberries, etc..
that are clearly rotten. They just don't seem to care anymore. Got to check dates now too as food will be expired. I constantly see Meijer trucks unloading in here, so maybe that's where they're getting a groceries from? You now really have to watch just like if you were shopping at Walmart. The butcher is always nice but the other staff, including cashiers, do not really speak to you. As a whole, staff is pretty rude anymore.

My last time going into a Fresh Thyme.
I generally go here for hard to find supplements. The last several times I have gone here I have been followed by employees clearly profiling me for theft. Today I was followed very closely by an employee that made me extremely uncomfortable looking me up and down several times. I have a basket, you can clearly see what is in my basket. When you ask a customer if they need help 3x and they decline, you are clearly making them uncomfortable.

Posting for those who may try Fresh Thyme branded products. Don’t waste your time. I’ve been going to this location for a few years. Unfortunately, it’s gotten worse over time with limited stock and declining food quality. Specifically, the Fresh Thyme branded meats, like the chicken, continue to get worse. The steaks are browning in the cooler. Not great.
