Been going for a few months now and overall a good, clean gym but I have a couple gripes: the space is too small when it's peak hours, random nights the temperature is unbearably hot inside (it's not every time but seems to be whenever it's cooler outside the AC doesn't kick on, super muggy), and I wish there were multiples of some of the machines, or had machines that are missing such as hip abductors or more ab machines.For the price, it's a good gym if you go around midnight or during the morning/afternoon people are at work (though, sometimes even these times are too busy). Otherwise, you'll be on top of other people. I hope this gym gets either a second location nearby or moves into a much larger building in the near future with the amount of people paying for memberships. Both the members and the owner/trainers deserve better after all these years in operation.Folks who go to the gym are also usually nice/respectful but like any other gyms, you get some people who throw weights down and groan constantly, pretty cringy behavior.

This place has gone downhill. The owner has signed up too many memberships to accommodate the building occupancy number. So, you end up working out shoulder to shoulder with people and waiting 45 minutes to use a machine. In the past, the owner had a cleaning lady clean the floors and equipment every night but that has since stopped. The equipment is also broken or in need of repair. Similar to the other one star reviews, I had a bad experience canceling my gym membership. I had cancelled and then was charged, and the owner claimed a full billing cycle (30 days) was needed to cancel the membership. Shady. Go somewhere else and pay a little extra for a better customer service experience.

Really like this place. Fantastic open space gym with all the equipment you'll need. Never too crowded, and an overall good vibe. Ryan, the owner, is very helpful whenever I need anything. Definitely recommend as an alternative the over-crowded chain gyms.

I was visiting family (mom has cancer) and needed an hour at the gym. I'm so glad I found "Fit One Four." Ryan and his staff are super friendly and very helpful. Loved the gym. I really need it that day. Can't thank them enough. Great people.

I Pay to muchhhh and never learn anything it’s sucks, to cancel my membership it was a pain in the butt they keep changing you , and the only way to stop it was changing my card , and i left massages for the manager or owner and never respond, what a bad experience, again thanks to Eric for nothing almost 800.00 throw on the trash

Ownership is great. Crowd is very respectful and clean up after themselves. Gym is well taken care of and up to date. Recommended.

Good gym unless you ever decide to not be a member anymore or need anything from them. No communication back on any emails, voicemails, texts. Had to open multiple disputes with CC company to stop being charged a membership fee.

I joined the gym about 2 weeks ago and I am already wanting to cancel. It's great that it is 24/7 but it is extremely overcrowded when you go early in the morning or in the evening. Which during the day doesn't work for someone with a normal 9-5 job. I had 2 great sessions with Adam very knowledgeable about lifting and while training with him was able to work with the equipment. Finally, I don't like how difficult it is to cancel the membership. I have emailed and messaged on Instagram. There is not a phone number available to call. Also there are not hours listed for when staff will be there so you can cancel. Overall, the gym just wasn't for me. Way to crowded and I would just like to terminate my membership.

Fit One Four is an amazing gym with friendly people. 24/7 access, clean and has everything you need for a great workout.I’ve been training with Dez for about 5 months now. The progress I’ve seen with her is truly impressive. She cares about the well-being of her clients. Not only providing great workouts, but also nutrition advice as well. She pushes you to be the strongest, healthiest version of yourself! She’s also very kind!

I’ve been a member of Fit One Four since 2022 and it is one of the best gyms! It’s smaller and has all the equipment you need! The gym is always clean and they’re always keeping up with equipment! You get to know the trainers pretty well and they’re all great! I started training with Dez in 2022 which has been amazing. She cares about your health, your goals and just overall is a genuine human being! She’s very knowledgeable, especially with women and makes you feel good about yourself! Dez creates workout and food programs specifically based on your lifestyle and what works best for you and she’s your biggest hype man!

I had to come out to Columbus from Phoenix unexpectedly three weeks ago to be with my family as my mom approaches her end of life. I knew I would need a place open 24 hours a day to blow off steam and care for my own body so I could show up the best for her. Ryan was compassionate, responsive and flexible, even meeting with me in the evening to get me set up with my key card. The gym is no-frills (which I prefer!), but still has everything I need to keep up my routine, from tib bar to sled to slam balls and way more than I could list here, including a shower and lockers. Anyone I've encountered has been polite and kind, and just knowing that I can pop in anytime brings me a bit of peace at a time when peace is hard to find. Give this man your business. You won't regret it.
